I think revenue wise this has been big for 10 but tonight showed how good it could really be for them if they got the formula right
Revenue would be doing well for them as well as Audience, but they need to show for next year, the product
new sponsors would be investing in. For them to invest, the network need to invest further.
So far a lot of it has been a poor live experience to date with tonight honestly the best live show that has been produced, it was honestly heaps better. They need this series to go out on a high - at a production level the finale needs to be top notch within reason with this small budget.
From there they can go out next year and spruik “2026 will see a bigger budget, more investment from the network and an evolution of the site of the house and stage”
I also think whatever the Dreamworld contract is, surely what is being delivered is well over delivering.
I mean, there is constant cut aways of rides etc. while I don’t mind the odd bit, it needs to be pulled back a bit next year. There’s too much. Are we watching a Dreamworld doco or BB?
On top of, logos plastered all around the stage, outside the house, mention of the dreamworld, logo at the start, logo at the end, mention of dreamworld in the live shows. It’s a bit OTT.
They need to pull it back.
Side note, great we are hearing more theme song, but why is it just the bridge of the theme that we are hearing? You need the melody coming in from break and then the bridge play from it as an underscore.
The ending should be the end of the theme on the dreamworld ender. Time it it cue,
I might mock up what I mean production if you’re reading this!
Also if you have more than 1 housemate evicted, can we please have them BOTH on stage at the same time,, so it means we can dedicate a FULL segment (in chairs plz!) to chatting to them about their time in the house, noms etc. would flow much better.
