I've seen a few selfies on Instagram with this background in the last hour with some temporary crowd control fencing on the right edge of picture, but not sure if this was taken at Dreamworld:

Alright so this BB wall is a social media advertising campaign with an eye mask on offer as a prize (and ~6% chance at live show tickets). I'm not sure whereabouts in Australia this pop event is, though. Probably somewhere in Brisbane or the Gold Coast?

if this launches to an audience smaller than 700k overnight, we have a problem here..

My expectations are low, I doubt it will do that well in overnight. I suspect it will barely get to 650k in overnights.

If I’m right in thinking a lot of the audience may consist of millennials/gen z carried over from nines era, then we might see very large BVOD/consolidated numbers.

Survivor would range about 200-250k an episode in consolidation which was deemed a success, I suspect BB’s viewership will be even more skewed towards the digital side.

If it can score 1.1 million after 7-days it will officially beat I’m a Celeb’s launch to be the highest rating reality tv launch/episode on ten this year. I’m going to guess it won’t achieve this so my expectations don’t get crushed lol.

Yeah, I'm expecting average overnights - and a shit ton will be added by BVOD. Since that was something Seven was always bragging about - its reach online.

I'm also only now realising that so many people gave up on 7BBAU that no one bothered to make a table on Wikipedia with all the ratings for the individual episodes for 2023.

I agree, however I feel Love Island will bring some competition when it comes to BVOD audiences in their target demographic as they’ve had a head start on BB.

Exactly. If anything an average overnight might indicate the younger viewers (especially those in their 20s and 30s) may be viewing digitally.

Of course as long as it doesn’t mean it bombs we’ll just have to wait and see, at least from next week we’ll pretty much get a consolidated number every single day then on so the pattern will be somewhat clear soon.

I would absolutely love for this to be a smash hit for ten, I would love to say I have faith in managing 1,000,000+ but in November/December that is impossible I guess.

I really hope it does better than I’m expecting. Most of all I want ten to be able to brag about it and I want seven to see how much they fucked with the audience. I want articles out there slamming them, strong ratings will only help make the shaming of seven more aggressive
