For his part, Bramham has fired back at the claims, saying he never bullied anyone and even considered himself friends with Hodis.
“If anything, he isolated himself after he had his sit-down with (last year’s winner) Tim (Dormer) and became ‘Strategy Dave’,” Bramham told News Corp Australia.
“That was how he played the game after that - he changed. He wanted to win.
“There was definitely no bullying or harassing or anything like that. There was no doormat, anyone being walked over.”
Bramham suspects his closeness with Nixon, who was initially Hodis’ game partner, might’ve been a sore point.
