David Appreciation Thread

What I like about this thread is we are pretty sure guaranteed him coming in here at some point right @BigSisterEm? The rest of them wouldn't

My feeling is he'll be super busy with various post BB commitments when he comes out - especially if he wins! - but I'll be sure to let him know that firstly, this website exists and secondly there is a whole thread dedicated to him! He'll need to spend a day or two soaking up the love and then hopefully he'll greet you all. Don't hold me too it though! David was always the one Mum had to force to write thank you letters after Christmas and birthdays!

He won't be single for long. Form a queue ladies!

:whistling: Casually pushes into the front of the line **hopes no one notices** :whistling:

Stand By Me

Oh no, you didn't! :inlove:

on what planet would Cat win Big Brother?

Not this one.

Don't tell me *hands over ears and eyes*
I'm still yet to watch it!

Pretend the entire last season doesn't exist and you will be fine. The best season was Season 4 which featured John Lithgow as the Trinity Killer.

All jokes aside, I really appreciate you coming in here @BigSisterEm and giving us the family perspective. I think we all appreciate it. Such a nice family...

Definitely agree. I feel like us Slayvid fans are the most passionate. Not only because we love and support the person we see on the show...but we also have learned a lot about David outside of the game, thanks to his sisters...and we love and support that guy and his family as well. (Although I must add, that he seems to be the exact same person in the house...that he is in life...because he is the most real.)

I have to say, it has been a long time since I was this excited about a BB player. And that includes the BBs airing in other countries. It's nice to be invested in someone that you are genuinely rooting for...and not just compliantly voting for the least annoying in a group of a-holes.

I usually just go on with life after the show ends and not give them too much thought until it begins again next year. But, with David...I will honestly be interested in how his life will change and if he AND his family are doing well. So win or lose, even if he doesn't come around...try to keep in touch now and then in this or the "Where are they now?" thread, @BigSisterEm and @MelKen . I'm sure there are more than a few of us who would want that. Also, thanks for the funny stories and insight about David. I'm sure any embarrassment it may cause him is much deserved payback for the life-long torment only a little brother can give...especially one as facetious as him!
