I'll have to re-watch it, but in Leo's defence from what I can remember I think he just rocked up at the wrong time...I don't think he and Sandra had planned it as a deliberate joke on David. I'm pretty sure when Sandra and David were first planning and moving to hook up Leo wasn't there at that stage. Sandra pulled back a few times though and that's when Leo appeared and they kissed. Not sure from the editing if Leo knew they were about to kiss so i'll give him to benefit of the doubt. Such a nasty thing Sandra did though! Pulling back then kissing Leo RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!

I thought Sandra explained to Leo about rejecting David but maybe she just went in for the pash lol

From what I gathered it was Sandra's suggestion her and David kiss, then anytime they were about to she kept pulling away.

Sandra always acts so repulsed by David.
