David Appreciation Thread

I just read a few of the threads about David and oh my gosh - some of the comments are so freaking ridiculous. I'm just going to spend the night voting as I'm sick and stuck at home.
At least all the threads show that he's a big player in the game. Obviously sparks a lot of interest. Even if some of that interest is annoying to read.

Most of that fuckery is just that, fuckery. But some comments are a little much but speak more to the poster than the subject. I always feel protective of the family. Feel better. :)

Can I just say, this moment was hands down the happiest we have seen him. It was like he was liberated. The psychology behind growing the beard in the first place sort of intrigues me. Because I don't think it was ever laziness. He learned pretty quickly it seemingly repelled women. What the hell was happening behind the beard? It's no wonder there are so many threads about David. His nuances, his motivations, his sass, his attitude, his vulnerabilities makes him a hard one to pin down. He's a mystery, and I like it.

I love this part! As for the beard, it takes a lot of time and dedication to grow one like that, I wouldn't be suprised if someone said "don't grow a beard" and that's why he did it haha. Just going by the betting odds, I can't see David getting the most saved votes (although you never know what's going to happen on BB) so I hope at least Ryan gets the most saved, to stick it to Skye because part of her reasons at nominations was wanting to see herself as the most saved lol
Although I think Skye's cheap shot towards Lawson about his GF, earnt her a surge of save votes this week?
If Lawson and Aisha are evicted it would be fitting since they entered as a Pair, and it would also split up 2 couples as well.Travis would be livid and Cat distraught. It would also be great to see Clawson evicted together.
I have feeling that Leo still might get evicted, although the viewers who love his romance with Skye might be sending him votes as well.


The most important thing is that David isn't evicted in this double eviction, and if he's near the top or mid-field, hopefully the producers give him plenty of positive airtime in the future. Priya and David have just been up for eviction 3 weeks in a row, so hopefully fans still have money to spend...
I'm guessing Monday's eviction show BB will save 1 HM and evict 1 HM... with another eviction Tuesday.

I'm hoping on Monday we see Penny (and David?) getting her tour of the house...it should have been shown on Thursday with the others.
I found it interesting Lawson told Lina that David talks to BB a lot in the DR, not that we see much footage of it but also that Lina said she trusted David...it might work in David's favour as Lawson kinda agreed?
I wonder if we will ever see who Ryan took to The Treehouse to talk noms, and in the Sanctuary Suite, if they did it the night before the Neighbours entered?
I'm sure BB put on a Halloween Party... and we will see the HM's all back together again.

While there probably was a Halloween party (because BB can't resist events), I really hope there wasn't and that the HMs don't get back together for it. If there was then that will be the focus of the screentime, and I'm sick of watching fabricated interactions and missing organic stuff.

I want to see the 4 in the sanctuary, coping or not coping, and the rest of the HMs interactions without the couples and Priya. I just want to see what actually happens in the split setup. No gimmicks, no drunken parties, no couples - just what actually happens when they are all apart. I want to just see the HMs being HMS in their current environments.

Yeah we haven't really seen any stress from the 4 in the sanctuary (apart from Leo not liking the maggi noodles lol) and those 4 pretty much nominated each other in the last nominations
Cat said they would now be seen as the underdogs. Will they make an alliance, or end up fighting?
The house seemed to be in a more playful mood and getting soccer balls, mucking around in the pool, BBQ feast but how long before the newbies get on HM's nerves or vice versa?
