David Appreciation Thread

@Veronica2005 where did you hear about the ability to vote from overseas cause if I can vote then you can beat your arse I will be voting my arse off!!!

I am currently sitting in bed watching last nights episode and despite having had beef stirfry for dinner I am seriously contemplating getting myself a bowl of weetabix!!
Two weetabix with sugar sprinkled on top and then ice cold milk poured carefully on the side of the bowl so that the top of the weetabix stays hard and the bottom soaks up the milk!!!!

I think maybe you can only do it through Chrome, unless another browser has the same sort of thing.

My Dad is the same and he also refuses to buy anything from Gloria Jeans as it's owned by the Hillsong Church.

What annoys me is that they only seem to hire people from their religions to work there. I grew up on the Central Coast, NSW where the Sanitarium plant is and a lot of my friends were refused jobs there because they weren't Seventh-day Adventists.

I worked for them, and am not a Sevie. While the vast majority obviously are, there were heaps of us at the hospital who weren't. They just asked at the interview stage if we had any issues with being asked to respect their beliefs and values within the workplace. And the great part was that because their Sabbath is from sundown Friday till sundown Saturday, non-essential/admin staff finished at lunchtime Friday, so that all errands and chores could be done before Sabbath starts.

Moi a troublemaker? Whatever do you mean, I honestly have not the slightest clue what you're on about. :whistling:

The thing is though Priya has made repeated comments regarding Dave and none (if any ) are what you'd call positive and/or constructive. So it's perfectly natural to presume that you are either with David or against him, your heart cannot follow 2 false deities. Just sayin'.

In any event Prizus days are numbered, her downfall is imminent (as early as Tuesday week) so it is in your best interest to sacrifice a lesser deity over your preferred numero 1. That is if you're truly a Slay-vid devotee as you claim, your faith and commitment to him will surely be tested this week.

lol I don't follow any deities - I like Dave because he's real and human.
I like Priya for different reasons and appreciate qualities in her as well (I've stated more than once that I'm not into the whole faux-religion-cult thing but they have fun doing that so good on them).
David has nominated Priya, Priya has said to people she's sick of Dave etc. Doesn't matter to me at this point. They don't have to be besties for me to like them.
I'm only spending money on Dave at this point, however I still prefer Priya to most others in there so I'm glad she's still there.
Of course if she massively turns on David then I may re-assess but so far I want them both saved this week.

yeah we were saying a couple of weeks back with some fans still having a few faves, that David really deserves to get to that final week...but I hope he wins:D


I just finished watching last nights show and really enjoyed it.
I thought David got a pretty positive edit (after reading that daily thread, I now wonder what some posters were going on about)
I'm Skye and Leo also get lot of the crowd support, since they are both from the Gold Coast.
Let's hope David gets plenty of positive airtime in next 2 shows, where the fence-sitters will thrown some votes his way:)
Priya was at 10% so people will be voting extra hard this week, and then next week the newbies could be nominated.
