That's a random thing for Cat to ask a stranger. I think Lawson was just joking, but also maybe making a point that he doesn't agree with Cat being called a boyfriend stealer and that he is more to blame with the whole cheating situation than Cat?

She's on a warpath against Lawson at the moment because he called her a stalker I can see where he's coming from she's following them everywhere haha
