Clawson

OK they will. And when they don't you'll disappear just like every other person who joins this forum to try to sway opinion. Sorry kiddo, you're like 12 years too late. No one cares about the ooh posters who love the assholes who have no hope of winning. Old news but good luck with that! xo

I'm not swaying anyone's opinion. I just believe that Clawson will be the final two.

Cat: “I think there are worse things than cheating…”
Cat: “I don’t even think cheating’s the worst thing a guy could do in a relationship,” Cat announced a second time, with eyes locked to the Kitchen floor.
Cat: “Sometimes it’s like, ok, you slip up, you’re drunk at a bar, you have sex with a girl, it’s a one-off, whatever…”

Whatever happened that ended her marriage must of been very damaging. Unless it was her that cheated (no proof), something worse ended her marriage... OR it might of been irreconcilable differences. But the way she thinks that cheating isn’t a big deal baffles me and probably is a reason she doesn’t seem to regret her actions.

For someone who has been married, she does have a pretty liberal view on sleeping around and it being OK.

That whole conversation was Cat's way of justifying their actions. And then to say emotional cheating is worse than physical. Luv, you've partaken in both! Nothing she says is going to dig her out of the hole she's in.

It also justifies her behaviour of taking Lawson to the sanctuary, if she thinks this way then she probably thinks Lawson's girlfriend does the same too or should just get over it. She's very open relationship to me and add that with her comments about porno's not being degrading to women but empowering. I bet she had an open marriage.

You can hardly blame her. Would you want to wash Lawsons dirty hillybilly dungarees. Yack.

Well...considering she likes to inhale Sam's stump sweat like it's a bouquet of flowers...I doubt she would mind if the dirty duds stank. :grumpy:

She would expect to be immune from nominations for her efforts, though.

^ Yeah, like physical/emotional abuse, but maybe cheating falls under emotional abuse? Still, cheating is bad.

Thought it was awesome that Aisha, Priya, Sandra, and Travis were having an open discussion about Clawson and were all putting them on blast. I agreed with everything they said. Aisha is surprisingly the voice of reason, probably because she knows what it's like to be cheated on. Priya's "Lawson's worse" was spot on, too, because although I agree that Cat seems so desperate (and pathetic, frankly), Lawson's the one in the relationship.

They're both awful. And Sandra earned back some respect from me with the way she spoke about it. At least she understands there are boundaries.

Apparently they were touching eachother in the bathtub, and we see Cats head go back and Lawsons legs look like they're in position for a handjob underwater lol. Haven't rewatched it to check but just wondering if any of you guys picked this up when watching?

"It doesn't count if you don't get caught."
“I don’t make it a rule of cheating, but if someone turns their head I might do a sneaky cheat here or there… But it doesn’t count if you don’t get caught.”

These are the words of a once-unknown Cat; a 31-year-old divorced midwife from Melbourne who was just days away from embarking on the most thrilling adventure of her life – entering the Big Brother House.

At the time, during Lockdown, she was speaking in relation to her extensive board game collection and fierce competitiveness when it comes to playing games.

Fast forward a few short weeks and Cat, now one of Big Brother 2014’s most polarising Housemates, is embroiled in a cheating scandal of a very different nature after striking up a rather complicated friendship with 23-year-old Lawson, who has a long-term partner on the outside.

While the perilous pair hasn’t been ‘caught’ per se, House-wide suspicion about their controversial night in the Sanctuary has tongues wagging and their “friendship” is very much under the microscope.
“It’s awful; it makes me sad,” Sandra said during a Kitchen-bitchin’ session with Travis, Aisha, Priya and Skye. “It makes me sad because he’s got a girlfriend; is that going to turn out well?” (Some might consider this ironic, given Sandra has divulged she has feelings for the also-attached Sam.)

“Do you know who I think is more at fault, honestly?” Priya threw to the group. “Lawson. Because it is him who owes [his girlfriend] the loyalty, not Cat.”
Fence-sitter Travis attempted to explain things from Cat’s perspective. “The thing is, Cat knows it’s wrong. But at the end of the day, you can’t help what the heart wants.”

“I know the heart wants what the heart wants,” Sandra replied, “But can’t you just wait it out and see if it works on the outside?”

When Travis said that Cat’s just “opening herself up for a broken heart”, straight-shooter Priya begged to differ.
“She’s opened herself to the judgement of the entire country,” Priya said matter-of-factly.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, perceptive Priya is bang on the money yet again.

On numerous occasions throughout the week, both Cat and Lawson have hit the top of Big Brother’s Radar, meaning that they are the most talked about Housemates online currently – good and bad.
And it seems the public is divided about their recent behaviour.

On yesterday's 9jumpin poll, 61% of viewers admitted to feeling sorry for Lawson during his heartfelt Diary Room breakdown, but only 54% of viewers thought he deserved forgiveness.

Where do you sit? Is it Cat or Lawson who’s more at fault here, or do they hold equal accountability? Should a good person be forgiven for a poorly-judged action?
That opening line... How disappointing!

Well there ARE worse things a guy can do in relationship than cheating.
well yeah of course there are, but cheating sucks and that is what they were talking about so I don't know why she had to throw that in. They weren't having a conversation about what the worst thing was, just that it's not right. And all the things that are worse are probably illegal too and can be done outside a relationship such as assault etc.
