Maybe one of the housemates should randomly talk about Candice and see how he reacts so we can truly know if Lawson has moved on from being a cheater.

No quips or able to take a laugh at ones expense, just mildly chuckles to seem like you're responding in a positive way, and then continue to talk in a serious undertone.

I'm sure he does, like, I really enjoyed his Transformer call.

But it's clearly not his natural way of conversation.

I had the same problem with Priya in the first week, where when he talks, it sounds like he's discussing something in an important business meeting.

I'm not surprised to hear that all the housemates dismiss him when he talks after 2 months of it.

If Lawson broke up with his gf on TV, he would be crucified-which I'm kind of getting is what people want. He would be forever known as "that guy" that broke up with his gf on TV. In the end, we can hypothesize about his relationship with gf has been like,but none of us know the truth. The truth is always a lot more complicated than we think. For me, what he has done would be the breakup message, but every relationship is different.

Yes and no.

It's a representation of his mindset.

He's like that work colleague, who talks about serious issues all the time, wants to have DnM's all the time, tries to discuss philosophical topics that need at least half an hour to flesh through. It's all well and good..... in small doses (for me).

Not my cup of tea.

You seem to think there's an ultimatum of hook up with Cat or break up with his GF on TV.

How about neither of those things? Just continue to live in the house and then decide who he's going to fuck once he's out.
 
For me that's what it would be, but that's why I'm saying the truth is a lot more complicated. This could be a bump in their relationship. He might end up with his gf, we don't know. I hope it's more than just about fucking. He will have damaged a lot of relationships for a fuck.

Exactly! He's already screwed up, yes, but there's no need to parade around showing off how awful he is. Just cool it off for now. No dignity, and no respect.
