Thanks guys, I hadn’t thought about it in that way i was thinking he wanted the all clear to mess around in the house as in if an opportunity arose he would’t mind getting close to a girl but it makes more sense the way you all described it!
Nah... I don't think that's it. He was seriously down and out, and confused, in that clip. And his confusion wasn't over not knowing what he wants... he was just in such a low mood that it was to the point where confusion just sets in.

I know what you mean, Lawson does nothing for me at all. Maybe she saw it in the bath hiding in the bubbles...
I'm thinking if the roommates find out, we'll find out when someone retells what happened. At this point, the only thing left is for Lawson to leave voluntarily. That would be dramatic. I don't even care about the footage, because clearly we're not going to get anything. So, if there is fallout among the roommates, that can at least be good TV.
Here they are. I think these have to mean something. The promo's specifically about the bath and then they put these pics up in the middle of that footage like they're supposed to be incriminating.
Yeah, the pics are trying to tell a story. I'm sorry, but is this a first step with people? If they're doing what we're supposed to believe they are doing, it seems so unbelievable. No kissing, no roaming hands, it's straight to this? I know they keep saying something happened in the bath, but I think it happened in the bed. Perhaps I'm just crazy, but I keep thinking we'd be kissing before any of what they are hinting at went down.

If I were Lawson's gf I wouldn't tell BB that I've broken up with Lawson to relay it on. I would make him think we are still together and keep him on his toes until the moment he gets out of the house
From what people have said about Lawson's girlfriend deleting her facebook and so forth, she is probably a private person who might not feel compelled to discuss her relationship with the same BB producers who are relishing in repeated opportunities to wheel out the same footage ad nauseum in a bid for ratings. Their disregard of her hurt and betrayal hasn't exactly earned them the status of loyal confidantes.

I think regardless of what we can see or not, BB is clearly indicating that something did happen of a physical/sexual nature. They would have other footage, but being 'family friendly' they wont show it... so they used what they could.
Also, Lawson's and Cat's reactions whilst the footage was shown, confirmed unequivocally to me that they felt embarrassed by being caught out. Lawson's pathetic diary room catharsis was all about him... how he was perceived... how this was going to impact on him. The token acknowledgement of his ex/girlfriend and her family was also about him, to make him seem redeemable to them/us with this and the tears.
He's playing the victim now, poor Lawson, letting down his deceased mother. I hope the public don't fall for it and save his sorry arse from eviction. His own confessions seems to add weight to the rumours that he is a serial cheater, and his contriteness, tears and damage control behaviour, seem like a ritual his ex/girlfriend has possibly seen before.
I've never liked the dude. Could never warm to him and I loathe magic, so it's no loss for me if he is evicted and has to face up to, take responsibility for and wear the consequences of his actions once he's out.
The only other HM evicted that I would see on par, is the weedy, seedy, beady-eyed aggressive, closet misogynist/abuser, self-entitled, control freak, SAM! He's loathsome.

Something definitely happened in the bath. Their faces said it all, honestly. They were nervously giggling through the first half of it, but shit got real for them when they both got in the bath. At first, it was Lawson sitting right on the edge, but he moved around closer to Cat as the evening progressed. Also, the last shot where his hand is visible is him diving under the water by her legs/crotch area, and the last shot we see of Cat's hand being visible is on his lower tummy area.
When that clip was playing, their faces said it all.
Then at the end, when they were played the bed kissing bit, they looked like deer caught in headlights.
There is no chance in hell that nothing happened, or that it was "just a kiss". They both fucked up big time, and they know it.
