Big Brother UK season 15 - SPOILERS

I actually have a bad feeling Ash might get pushed closer to the last few remaining than we think. Same with Helen.

The latter, however, I wouldn't mind seeing come third place or so. I think it'd be quite nice for Helen to get to the last three.

...Helen would've been gone in week 3 or 4 if she didn't have that pass... someone on the 'Telemix' site mentioned that Helen knows one of the people connected with BBUK production team apparently... whether or not it is true I couldn't say... but when BOTS revealed that Helen and Ash must have known each other through one of Helen's employees in her Hair Salon prior to going into the house it does make you wonder doesn't it?... it would go a long way to explaining why Helen has been 'looked after' throughout the series... I mean... let's face it... 17 warnings and not so much as the pass taken away from her let alone an eviction for it?...

...I wouldn't even mind Pav winning it as long it's not Helen to be honest!... lol!... cheers.

...sad to say it wasn't a good show yet again except for that first guy in the audience with what he said... when asked by Emma what they thought about seeing ex-housemates in the house the guy said...

..."I've gotta tell ya Emma... I think... you know I'm all for Big Brother trying different things every year...
...but this year it's been ludicrous the amount of outside influence in the house...
...I mean obviously the girls were great in the focus group... that was great...
...but these housemates coming back and sort of slipping them information here and there and everywhere...
...it's ludicrous!... I think that Big Brother needs to get a little bit back to the roots...
...try new things yes... but a little bit back to the roots of Big Brother"...

...my thoughts too (except the 'focus group' bit)... even Emma... 'high-fived' him for that speech... I do believe as people have said... Emma does love the Big Brother show... she does have it at heart but unfortunately she follows the directions to the letter when they have their guide written down on which direction that they want it to go... labeling Chris as 'creepy Chris' for instance... that blew up in her face and the show back-peddled on that quick smart when the public backlash hit them...

I was so excited when Paul said that, I wanted to high five him too. He's often on, though not so much this year, and he is such a reasonable guy. And to see Emma say nothing but high five him spoke volumes. She used to often criticise things the producers did, but that all changed after she started hosting the evictions last year. She's definitely been silenced.

This season is a bad introduction to BBUK. For those of you watching for the first time, I hope you give it another chance as this is the first year that has gone crazy with outside information and plot twists like fast passes. There's been mean contestants before, but evictions would run their natural course, nasty HMs would be voted out and equilibrium would be restored to the BB house.

The same thing happed to me last year watching my first BBUS. It was bogged down by racists and bullies in the house, at times it was just truly horrible viewing, not dissimilar to BBUK this year. But the US producers seem to have taken care not to have another disaster and the current season is much more fun. Hopefully if they have BBUK next year the producers will listen to the fans and smarten up their act.

I hope it ends like this....

1. Christopher (WINNER)
2. Helen
3. Ashleigh
4. Ash
5. Chris
6. Pav

With 1 and 2 interchangeable

I wonder which hm told her it would be a good look to apologize. Probably Steven, or maybe Zoe.

It is definitely possible that in the dying days when everyone is feeling sentimental, feuding HMs would want to bury the hatchets; and the party was such a good vibe that it would be hard to hold onto the hate. But the timing was pretty coincidental so you are probably right, unfortunately.

I hope it was real though, and it needed to be Helen to initiate it as it was her who set the nasty tone early on. It was sweet and I bought it. Even if she was given the heads up to do it, I actually think she wanted to put their differences behind them. And Ashleigh obviously wanted to as well. They both strike me as stubborn enough that they wouldn't kiss and make up unless they genuinely wanted to.

Although after the heightened emotions of finals week has worn off, I assume they will revert to not liking each other again.

My hopes for the finale:
1. Christopher
2. Ashleigh
3. Chris
4. Helen
5. Pav
6. Ash

It won't go that way, especially with this HUGE recent push for Helen to win. I honestly do have a small soft spot for Helen to some degree - she's not pure evil and she does have a good heart beneath all that anger, so I'd be disappointed, but not crushed to see her win. Assuming it was genuine, her apology to Ashleigh was really a lovely moment. She doesn't deserve to win though. I'm just really hoping for a result that won't make Steven (and some of the other vile ex-HMs) happy if I'm being honest. I truly detest that man, any result that affirms this delusion he has that people like him is a bad one.

I'm just really desperate for this series to end. Whilst there have been great moments, in general it has been quite miserable almost the whole way through. It's become exhausting to watch, and I can't believe I actually managed to make it the whole way. The truly nasty housemates, the way they bait the housemates into arguments all the time (and then have the nerve to bleat about a lack of "fun" in the house on BOTS), the constant interference and manipulation - just the whole artificial feeling of it all. For what looked like a very promising series of BBUK, this has become one of the worst. I felt the same way by the end of BBAU9. Christopher, Ashleigh or Chris winning would at least end it all on a high note for me. When you follow such a nasty story from beginning to end, you at least expect the good, sane "heroes" to triumph in the end. For me, the story will be a tragedy if there's any other outcome.

For all the complaints I could make about it, at least our last series of Big Brother wasn't so miserable. Here's hoping that the upcoming series of our own BB is a great one, because I need a nice break after the misery that has been this series of BBUK.

Blah... just feeling negative and miserable about it all right now. Why must I be such a hopeless BB addict? The only show I can simultaneously despise and love at the same time. Hopefully I'll wake up to a good result tomorrow.

...that was good to see Ash go to tears during his toast... it shows the side of him that I'd like to have seen more often in the past... if he hadn't been so embroiled in the circle around Helen he may have been quite a good housemate as far as fun may have gone... oh well... we'll never know I guess... a shame really... cheers.

have you forgotten what Ash called YOUR Jale? :)

That is exactly how I feel, haha. In some ways, any of them deserve to win for what they have been through and the entertainment value they have given to us viewers, and yes, that includes Helen. But to see smug Steve be happy with the winner would completely ruin everything, and Pauline would probably be just as bad, although she seems to be written out of the script. For lots of reasons it has been a tough season to watch, so we viewers deserve our payoff. And Steven gloating is not a payoff.

MY WINNER HOPES:
I don't have a definitive list, but ...

I hope Christopher wins, and Chris and Ashleigh do well. Though I'd be happy for any of those guys to win.

But I have to admit that I think it would be a hoot if underdog Pav won, there would be so many HMs fuming over that one. Which I would find amusing.

AND I also think it would be funny if Helen won. Not because she particularly deserves it, but because it would send so many viewers/the audience/ex-HMs into a fury. Hilarious. It would be like the 2011 winner whose crowd reception was so bad that he apparently feared for his safety during the winner's interview, the booing and chants were that bad.

...no I haven't lol!... it's just that the circle of the 'cool gang' brought out the dark side of his character and it's unforgivable that he allowed himself to go that low... I guess that if he ever looks back at that episode that he would feel bad about it... especially when Jale found out about it when she was evicted... but Jale being the beautiful Jale that she is would've forgiven him for that indiscretion by now because she doesn't hold grudges... and that's my point really... why didn't we see this nicer side of his character... and as I said... he could have been a nice housemate to watch if he wasn't in that circle... I guess that it's too late now for us to experience that eh?... cheers.

I have also wondered if Ash's early meanness was caused by the stressful environment that Helen created in the early weeks. Were his nasty comments more stress related, rather than being his natural demeanour, because he actually seems like a nice guy now things have settled down. (I know I lack generosity when I am stressed, and I wonder if that happened to him too.) That and the fact that he does think very highly of himself, he did describe himself as 'awesome' after all, lol.

i think that was him right then when he called Jale that. Ash wants to win, he's not stupid, or nice really, his awesome good looks don't fool me :sneaky:

My ideal order would be:
1. Ashleigh
2. Christopher
3. Helen
4. Chris
5. Ash
6. Pav

I think this list is the way it will go, but it is not necessary the way I would most want it to go.
Ashleigh has the strongest personality of them all, and is a worthy winner; Christopher is lovely, but his social awkwardness sometimes drifts into the 'cringe', (in the parlance of our times), and so he is my number two; Chris, because it will make Steven upset is my third choice. But if any of these win, then I will feel in some ridiculous way that justice has been served.

Ash I quite like. He is the funniest hm remaining, and has the best of the cuff quips. But, I don't want any Team Helen collaborators to win.

Pav hasn't delivered, but it would be funny if he won.

I don't want Helen to get a sniff of a win, but the social media got Winston out, so maybe it can give Helen the win.

I really like ash! I would even prefer him to win over chris because I feel chris has done nothing that has entertained me.

You see I have come to "appreciate" helen, purely based on the fact she has kept me entertained throughout the whole series. However I would still love for Helen to think she has come close to winning BB and then Ashleigh taking it out haha! I really hope Ashleigh wins

Watching the live feed and first two have left
6th place is PAV and 5th place is Chris ,voting now reopened

Happy about this one...voting re-opened
