Big Brother returning to NZ TV

About time we get Big Brother back on our screens!

Been way too long since we had it, and last time we were weeks behind. And it played during the middle of the day.

I miss the days of being one day behind the aus screening.

We did have the season 3 final live
 
So I tweeted them myself.
No date confirmed, but it is coming back.
So I will guess it will be next years season!
Which should be great.

Can't wait
 
That's strange that they're saying they don't have a date as I've seen the ad for BB 2013 as recently as Sunday...

It's strange that TV3's Twitter denies that there is a date locked in for the premiere when there has been a commercial airing since as early as November 4th during The Block NZ: Unlocked that gives a date of November 25th.

For the curious, I've uploaded the commercial to YouTube. IMO, it's so much better than Nine's crappy ones.

Hoping this is a dry run to see if it's will benefit them to air BB2014 as it airs in Australia. Would be awesome to be able to vote for the housemates again.

Seasons 1-3:
Aired almost 24 hours behind Australia. Daily shows aired at 6:30pm and Evictions aired at 6pm. We had the ability to vote. Broadcast on TV2.

Season 4:
Aired almost 24 hours behind Australia. 7pm start regardless of show. We had the ability to vote. Broadcast on Prime.

Season 5:
Aired three weeks behind Australia. 1pm start regardless of show. No ability to vote. Broadcast on TV2.

Seasons 6-9:

I mostly watched YouTube uploads the following morning, this forum helped with key events.
But YouTube was the main way for me. Easy and lazy :p
 
Pretty lazy if they aren't doing their own. People can get it off the internet now anyway, they don't need to wait for something to be shown again elsewhere.
 
Here's a snapshot from the SKY TV App. It says the first episode (Launch Night I presume) it says its only 90mins long, wasn't it 2 hours though?

Maybe there won't be any ads - depends if it is on a subscription channel maybe?
