I imagine it would have to be before the upfronts this week. House pics will start leaking then.
It's not like the C7 HMs could possibly have found anything out, so, fair.A few CH7 housemates that I spoke from the 2020 and 2022 seasons said they were only in lockdown for 2 days
See that article made reference to who made that quote - a housemate I've zero memory of.How did i not know we were going back to the future?..Game on Molls![]()
See I am different, have quite a vivid memory of Anna and Camilla getting fake evicted and watching the hms from the secret room. Which led to that quote, and I have never rewatched any of the seasons since they aired.See that article made reference to who made that quote - a housemate I've zero memory of.
I’m aware of the saying as I’ve heard it referenced several times over the years but didn’t realize it made its way in to the Australian lexicon via Anna.See I am different, have quite a vivid memory of Anna and Camilla getting fake evicted and watching the hms from the secret room. I agree 100%. Lockdown is the final test before they’re locked in the house… Even if the series is only 4 weeks it’s still an experience that I believe requires some prep work. There's more to lockdowns than the media blackout aspect. It's a psychological transition period. They do final health checks and screenings. Contestant briefings/orientation. Some on camera stuff. Final contracts and housekeeping. It also helps them shake out any quitters.
I'd hazard a guess it starts tomorrow. Handler briefings in the morning, first half of the cast arriving in the afternoon, the rest arriving Tuesday.
Interesting. Not every OG.No Uncut this season confirmed
“This year there’s no return of Big Brother Up Late (or Uncut),” Tracina said. “We’re keeping it PG.”
Weird she mentions PG while BB was still listed as being M rated on the 10 app when I checked to see if it was still working for me this morning. No Uncut this season confirmed

Not very understanding of what the original intentions for Uncut were.Interesting. Not every OG.
She also provided some more tidbits on the housemates in this article “This year’s housemates are a “real mixed bag”, the host says, with a single mum, an ex pro surfer and a couple of clean freaks among the group.”No Uncut this season confirmed

Also from my experience platforms that distribute things like “naughty” BB content (ie. a certain large member support group) are extremely generous about removing content upon request.
I don't disagree. My take on BB is that the "naughtier" Uncut bits, whether it's nudity or just more frank discussion about certain things, is still a part of the BB experience and social experiment aspect of the show. Sure, the shower scenes in the 00's were a bit of novelty but other aspects of those episodes were actually quite interesting and sometimes quite amusing. I feel a piece of the pie is missing by keeping Big Brother purely PG. There's a whole other side of humans being humans that is being omitted. My personal impression is that while this sort of content can be spread more easily these days (e.g. mainstream socials like Reddit or Twitter), it’s not really circulating more widely than it used to in the 00s.
Sure, somebody shows their dick and it will end up on Twitter. But in the old days, every other fan site had their nudity sections. There were fan sites that only provided shower scenes from around the world. It was way easier to access that kind of content. Now you really need to look out for that content.
Plus, I’d say that the internet moved on from BB porn. Some people will look at nudes from BB just like they take a peak in the locker room, gym showers or the saunas. (Case in point: Seven’s BB Uncut being widely unknown)
These days, there is a lot of better content out there. Heck, even I’ve shared more interesting nudes than BB ever provided (minus the six packs). Shows like Dating Naked provide a much better softcore porn experience than Big Brother usually does.
And anybody who wants to get off will just follow OF creators anyways.
1000%. I've also said it before but 10 can afford to take a somewhat calculated risk with BB in the sense that any publicity is good publicity.I don't disagree. Exactly, they literally have nothing to lose. It's not like the majority of their shows are pulling in big numbers for them to be risk averse.1000%. I've also said it before but 10 can afford to take a somewhat calculated risk with BB in the sense that any publicity is good publicity.
Stupid decision. Seven's last season had an Uncut - and showed that it was possible to have an Uncut show without the sole focus being "look! tits and penis!". And the show existing didn't ruffle any feathers either.“This year there’s no return of Big Brother Up Late (or Uncut),”
Well in all fairness, if they did have an uncut show with nudity and shower scenes you wouldn’t be required to watch it. Uncut was never just that anyway. Plenty of people probably would tune in.My take on this is that I don't want to see a show purely consisting of sex scenes or shower scenes, but I would like to see a show where they can screen more adult-themed conversation than you can with a PG-rated show. I know the show has been tagged as M, but Mel has sort of said they're keeping it PG.
EDIT: Also, I checked the M classification rules. As far as I can tell, the weeknight 7:30 pm slot could air an M-rated program, but the Sunday 7:00 pm slot wouldn't be allowed to. I don't think they would do that on weeknights, but technically, they could.
People would have had to watched it for any feathers to get ruffled. I had no idea that season had Uncut, and it clearly didn't move the needle.Stupid decision.
