Long time lurker, but thought I'd post now.
I was actually thinking of this earlier - there's a chance the eviction day could change. Last season, 9 times out of 10, the Nominations episodes would outrate the eviction episodes, and they rated higher when on a day other than Sunday. I wouldn't be surprised if we got something like an hour daily show on Sunday, eviction on Monday, daily on Tuesday and Nominations on Wednesday. It would give them the chance to have a bit more breathing room in the eviction shows (which was badly needed and it showed during Ava's eviction and the double eviction), plus spread everything out across the week more and encourage more constant viewing.
Just a theory anyways.

I actually really like the way you're thinking, and it could definitely be plausible if they really pre-thought about this as it both suits Channel 9's allocated timeslots as well giving us more viewing space of what we really wanna see.Long time lurker, but thought I'd post now.

Big Brother was given 90 minutes of broadcast time on Monday nights last year as opposed to Sunday's 60 minutes (no pun intended there). They already know very well how much the fans complained about the eviction shows last year being too short and way too crammed, therefore this could really be a suitable option.
Give us an hour Daily Show on Sunday night, wrapping up all the events from Friday and Saturday. This means that on Monday night they'd be free to show us half an hour of Sunday's Daily Show with a whole remaining hour left to focus solely on the eviction, etc.
I would so not be against them moving eviction night if this was the case!

I know the twist cannot be that evictions are changing days cause that would be so underwhelming. I still think it is a house divide like rich and poor or something because Alex M tweeted that BB will be unlucky for some. Also Sonia's dress in the twist ad is black on one side and white on the other which looks like a divide/split. Hmmmm i'm getting excited!!

Remember when they had the Red & Blue Teams last year ^_^ And some got access to other things, while the other team didn't
Don't you also remember about the age thing how people here were starting to go on about the different age groups and how older and younger people were on the ad? Maybe its an age thing, like older people go to one side and younger the other?
But they already did that for 2003 or whatever year
With the Square House and the Circle house.

Completely agree - would make a lot of sense to do a double daily show on the Sunday then the eviction on the Monday when they've got more time. Nominations can move to Tuesday, which IIRC often had 90 minute shows anyway.

I'd actually move nominations to Wednesday to allow more time for things to stir between the eviction and nominations... I actually enjoy this years BBUK and seeing how the house adjusts to being down a HM...

OMG I love you!!! I completely 100% agree... I'd like to see a daily show followed by a half hour eviction episode... Splitting them up makes it more on an event and allows the focus to be more than just a highlights show with live bits in-between the action... As BBUK used to do they announce the eviction at the end of the daily show and the last half hour focuses solely on the interview and reviewing the HM's time in the house...
You are bang on about spreading the events across the week... BBUS's format gives each episode an event focus and I think that is why it has retained "strong" ratings over the years...
They should divide the episodes in to blocks so Monday is the eviction and Tuesday shows the fallout and sets up the task... Wednesday is nominations followed by Thursdays fallout coupled with continuation of the task... Friday rounds off the weeks events by announcing the results and possibly a saves one of the nominees as in BBUK... And finally Sunday is more of an omnibus episode that sets up the eviction on Monday...
Something like Diary Room Uncut would work well on Saturday as it is not essential viewing but still gives fans something to watch that night and still gives production a break... It also gives better flow to the week by not having the day break going in to Sunday's omnibus episode...

Yeah, i have been wondering to after seeing the AGT ads, that evictions might change to a Monday or Tuesday night.
It always annoyed me last season that we didn't get to see much of the aftermath of an eviction so i hope they change to a day between eviction and nomination too. Not sure how that would work with Sonia's commitments for Mornings, but there really isn't any reason why Sonia couldn't film nominations in a studio in Sydney - the evicted HMs seem to go down to Sydney the day after eviction anyways so they could incorporate them into the show as well.

I don't understand why she needs to host nominations in the first place... Just edit them in to the daily show...

I've never understood that either, especially when they don't include the evicted HM in the show.

I liked when they used to have nomination opening titles, and still have the daily show running through.. It was better than showing 5 minutes of the normal show and then they all have to go into the nomination room or whatever. WHY COULDN'T THEY JUST USE THE GODDAM DIARY ROOM LIKE USUAL
^ Alex/Nine, take note of all the above re: eviction schedule please!

This (or something like it) is what I want to see on my TV screen:
Nine:
Go:
We all know how much Channel 9 likes Big Bang Theory ... but the point is the Big Brother scheduling
. I remember the times when Channel Ten seemed to cover more from the house in a 30 minute edition of the daily show than what 9 are managing in 60. So the idea is to not drag out the daily to an hour if it is just going to cover the same events in less detail than 30. But I guess if there's no room for a daily over the weekend then perhaps it still needs to be 60 minutes.
So why put Uplate on Go? Well I think Nine would be less likely to mess with it there. Maybe it would help to get viewers looking at Go! to see what it is about - remembering this year a lot of Australia is now digital only so in these regions everyone receiving 9 Digital can watch Go. That's a milestone in itself. (Sydney & Melbourne are yet to switch, though).
Hey a fan can dream right?
