So BBUK has brought back its live feed in the form of a daily 2 hour block on 5*... Any one care to speculate what that could signal for BBAU?
 
That's fine, I'd happily compromise with a streaming show on GO! providing it shows us unedited activities and not "stunts". Maybe a live task (insider-style) could be good if genuine action is really lacking but the idea is to show us the housemates, for who they really are, without producers manipulating their true personality (editing).

If its 2 hours hopefully something is happening like tasks etc. I would be happy if they could manage a little more like from the afternoon when they are awake until late at night.

Jack Shit! They might bring back Uplate at best, but I suspect it'll be more early evening crap like Little Sister or Confidential rather than any pure live footage.

I guess my working was a little off but I wasn't trying to imply there would be a direct connection... But just trying to spark up some conversation...
 
I'm going for the same as last year, ch 9 are still budgeting and this won't change. The only difference is they might have re runs late at nite like they are doing for The Block.

Ps. Not hearing anything cause the walls are not talking, cause they took them all out of the house.

I don't understand how cutting the live feed is a cost cutting measure??? Obviously they are going to have staff on 24/7 regardless so one or two extra staff on isn't going to put them overboard... Obviously a show like uplate is going to require at least a small team of staff but running an unhosted block of streaming or the online equivalent shouldn't have an astronomical cost associated with it or require a gross amount of extra staff... Can you elaborate?

I'm pretty sure the comment Bluegroper made really has nothing to do with this thread and was more poking fun at the fact that while he rarely posts BBBA is still the same... IE: The drama surrounding characters such as myself... We have a history, bluegroper and myself...

I thought my senses were deceiving me. Yesterday I heard an on Channel Ten boasting they were hosting BB this year.
 
i heard something on the radio today about channel 10 being home to the new big brother today as well but they were talking about the US version so i'm guessing they are finally going to broadcast that over here?
 
I wouldn't have thought so as Channel 9 would have the rights to show the US version - or at least block Ten from doing so.

I did some Googling and couldn't find anything linking TEN to BBUS... I think someone is just looking for attention...
 
CH 9 started running promo from last night for upcoming Shows and Big Brother is one of them, so we are about 3 months always till BB13.
