Big Brother 2004 on official YouTube channel (Live streamed Aug 29 -30 + Sept 6-7)
- Thread starter matts bb
- Start date
Oh good, it's not just mine. I was playing around with youtube at the time it started and thought i did something.what has happened to the audio.. it’s just cut back to the start of the episode
Bad audio error - and the view count dropped by almost 200 people within seconds.
BB: “This is an online version because the tape we had was mislabeled and was a rehearsal with different Housemates so tracking the master down for this Daily Show again. Each season has a few fake daily show rehearsal tapes with real people in the house but these ones got mixed up.”
All the people in the comments asking to release the rehearsal tape. Funnily enough, I actually have a copy of that exact rehearsal episode! I’m not even sure how I got it, but it got leaked years ago…
Pretty sure it was on YouTube at some point.

Literally EPISODE TWO skipped due to tape glitches. This doesn't bode well does it.
Glad the launch survived, at least...

Just went to my HDD - I indeed have the very rehearsal episode they’re referring to. Interesting that it was in the case for Episode 2 by mistake, and yet was also leaked years ago… someone might’ve done that intentionally.
Funny looking back at it. It’s literally an almost identical play-by-play of the real episode, just with different random people.

Confirmed: “higher ups came down on us for posting all of Season 2 in one night so now it's one episode a day, live catchup will be the only option to catch up moving forward”
They’re stopping and restarting the stream for 2004 every 12 hours so people can catch-up watching each block in full. So it’s certainly looking more and more unlikely we will get future seasons uploaded individually. Or not for a long time.
EDIT: “they will all be uploaded eventually, hopefully live replay will be enough for people trying to watch along on the weekend and then nobody will have a problem with slower uploads”

Lmao I love that it's blatantly one or two ambitious new social media hires who've overpromised and then realised they bit off more than they could chew.Confirmed: “higher ups came down on us for posting all of Season 2 in one night so now it's one episode a day, live catchup will be the only option to catch up moving forward”

I mean, good on them, really. Pluckiness alone has gotten us this far. It just explains all the recent... cagey-ness and weirdness we've been feeling.
I wonder why it’s such an issue to upload them all at once.
One episode per day for a show with 500+ more episodes to go is… wild.

It's truly bizarre. Maybe a week's worth each day would work better. One episode per day for a show with 500+ more episodes to go is… wild.
