He hasn't even responded to my criticism of him at the Brisbane Pride Festival (where he was billed). I served him behind the bar and he was rude, dismissive and snippy. He looked like he didn't want to be there and was incredibly hostile. I heard similar stories from people who met him that day.

Seriously, move on! If you don't like what Ben is saying or his explanations for his behaviour then nobody is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to stay and argue, exit the conversation and move onto another thread. I think everyone, whether they've liked the answers or not, feel suffice with Ben's explanations. It's obvious that you don't like Ben, it's obvious that you don't want to speak to Ben in an orderly manner, so why bother?

So, Ben, are you here to try to make the forum feel more positive about this season? I guess I'm wondering why you decided to join now, after the show has started and the forum is pretty unhappy with the show not having any live updates and not responding to complaints.

Are you still working with channel 9 or hoping to?

The only situation I found downright mean was when you got annoyed at Estelle who had apparently stolen Ava from the rest of the housemates, and the fact that nobody else was 'getting a turn' with Ava, that was just mean.

What we as an audience were being projected was simply bullying, and it wasn't very nice television.

But hey, I guess we don't know the full story .... I believe the daily shows are extremely overly edited.
 
I actually can't stand EStelle either. She makes me cringe and if I was in the house I would have felt so awkward around her. I know someone just like her. A 30 yr old woman that acts like a 16 year old boy. I can't even fucking deal!
Australia would have hated me too because she would have done my tit in. I would have thrown water over her, I would have killed her damn horse. She's on my list of bb hates with shearer.

And in bens defence there may well be 100 things that EStelle has done/said to him in and outside the house but if he says anything he's a bully.
 
I think the next time (if he comes back) Ben comes online a new thread should be made and be heavily monitored. Whilst I don't like him and well it doesn't matter what I think, I do think he would be more distracted by the comments against him and not really be able to focus on the fans questions. Not saying I don't think it's deserved but it's clear to me when I'm in a thread and I have posts to reply to, I'm more focused on the against ones. Same would be for Ben. And out of respect to the actual fans they should be able to have bens full attention. We've had our say and some of us have made our point we don't like him and put it on Ben to see and respond. I don't necessary like the responses or perhaps lack of but that's just it, he responded. Time to let the fans have their moment too.
