Ben Appreciation Thread

Well, god, with an offer like that...

I've liked Ben since the first night; in fact, he was the only housemate other than Charmaine I liked at all on opening night. The rest were such a depressing let-down. I've liked him ever since.

It hurts me when he is described as a horrible person. It's insulting when anyone who says a good word about him, or points out a fact, is vilified. It's all too exhausting, most days.

But, here, in the final stretch, I do hope he does well.

No matter what happens from here I would like to thank all the Ben fans (even the lurkers) for being such fun on here. To our credit I believe we have behaved a lot better than some other fan bases.

Will miss you all and other than Ben going home tonight, nothing will shock me. I'd love Ben to win and will continue to vote until I have no more credit left. I have prepared myself for a Michael, Layla or Estelle win (and expect them in top 3). So all good here.

LOL, I'm not even all that fond of animals, certainly not of domestic cats.....but elephants I adore.

Anyway, there has to be more than 7 Ben fans around here, there are lots of don't care just not Michael's.

I don't vote but hope Ben is there at the end, he's the only one who has really put themselves out there , most of them are one dimensional cartoonish.

Oh and I want to add, the Ben haters sound like primary school kids mostly, and weirdos who have no funny bitchy honest friends - probably why they are deluded & weird.

Kaz, Cowie, BootsAlice, CaspersMum, TraLa, kxk, Butterfly_Wings, lyyn-ann, Melore, Bobbi, missaaron, and Insider06(myself!!).

What we lack in numbers we make up for in spirit and texting:D Quality over quantity my friends, quality over quantity. GO BEN and GO BENJAMITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Well, it was time to stand up and be counted for the decisive battles ahead. Roll out the heavy artillery! (Waves "Ben to win" Banner) :D
 
I hear you Butterfly! I'm already anticipating imminent withdrawal symptoms. Thank you and thanks and props to yourself and all those who've been posting in this thread regularly...keeping spirits up and the hope alive. :D
 
I guess I am a Ben fan as well. I see him as the most real person there. The others don't appear to be fully formed and really know who they are. I have seen Ben question his feelings and his thinking, and try to give advice to other housemates. Most of the others only question the motives and feelings of other HMs. I believe he is upfront and would be a good friend.

Love Ben, he is the most real. We have seen the true Ben all along, but I wouldn't say that for any of the other housemates, except Zoe.
 
Oh geez. I can't believe those pesky Estelle fans are still voting.
Haven't their parents grounded them yet?
