BBUK returns Sun 8 Oct 2023 (and Celeb BB back in 2024)

I’m really starting to dislike Hallie. I tend to agree with Jenkin that she’s playing it up for the cameras. She probably wears genuinely pissed about the camping task but her actual tantrum seemed fake and blown out of proportion.

I absolutely cannot stand Kerry. I initially thought she had positioned herself nicely and came across as being in a sort of big sister role within the group, however since last weeks task she’s been unbearable. That said I do think keeping her over Fardia was a good choice… Had she stayed she would have commanded far too much attention and it would have been her against the rest of the house. I’d be shocked if Kerry wasn’t nominated this week and if I was voting she’d get all 5 of my votes.

That was another fun episode. So many fun moments where I was smiling. I was watching it while waiting for my train to Vienna. The man sitting next to me saw me laughing and I saw him looking over my shoulder to see what I was watching on my iPad. So excited to go to the eviction show this week!
Golly, yet another reason I so enjoy this Forum. At first, I was just enchanted & assumed youse guyse were all from Oz, living in Oz. Now I know that you are really quite the world travelers & appreciate the travel by proxy I've enjoyed. I've been on a train to Vienna & can just imagine the sights you are enjoying. Stay safe in these perilous times. Cheers!

Kerry is so annoying to watch. She’s not even entertaining, she’s irritating. She provides nothing positive. Trish was so right when she said it comes across as performative. I expect to see her on stage in person on Friday lol.

I really dislike Hallie after the last few episodes. The tantrum was just cringe. It felt so put on and I agree with Jenkin also. When she went into the diary room to ask BB if she can be a VIP glampour I just cringed. What was the purpose of it? Nikki Grahame style tantrums only worked for Nikki Grahame.

Jordan on the other hand is so unbelievably relatable. He is a great casting choice. I love that he’s his own archetype and is a truly unique personality.

Well I’m a little shocked and disappointed at who’s facing the public vote this week. Kerry at this point is just insufferable and the thought of having another week of her makes me sick.

I think we’re in for another tight race this week. Henry’s only redeeming quality seems to be his friendship with Jordan and I don’t think it’s enough for the public to want to keep him. Even Jordan himself seems to accepted he might lose him.

Zak on the other hand I haven’t warmed to at all. If it were up to me he’d be gone. He’s said over the past few days that he’s been joking with people but I really haven’t seen the humour in it, in fact it’s come across rather nasty. I think he sees himself as an alpha but he really has no idea what that even entails. I don’t think he has much to offer other than more awkward banter.

Tonight’s episode was extended by 15 minutes to allow for more highlights in addition to nominations which I’m not complaining about… I do however think that given they’ve shifted the eviction interview in to BBLL that they could afford to give up another night to nominations.

ETA: Was is just me or did Chanelle look a lot like Helen Adams tonight?

Just when I think I couldn’t like him more he goes and peals back another layer.

I have a very similar story about “coming out” only mine was a text message. It led to a very drunk and uneventful hookup.

For me it really is another 50/50 eviction. Would rather both HMs last week went and both this week stayed but either way this week the show goes on.

I do think we've only touched the surface with Zak and he will continue to wind up HMs and have moments with them if he stays whilst I don't feel there is much more to see from Henry. His friendship with Jordan is his biggest asset but Jordan seemed to move on from him within minutes of him being nominated and I'm more interested now to see him more with Yinrun, Matty etc.

I totally agree. There’s more to see with Zak staying. I really don’t think he’s that bad, I saw everything as more playful intent. Henry is really just there to be Jordan’s sidekick at the moment. But Zak will probably go.

I haven't watched episode 10 yet but read up about the nominees...

Zak's style of winding people up is just boring patriarchal nonsense and frankly everyone inside and outside the house has had a gutful. Joking that women should be in the kitchen and that he can command any woman to come near him? This kind of dumb edgelord behaviour happened in the C4 early 2000s era, it's not the go in 2023.

The saddest part is that I don't think he even means what he says. He loves his mum dearly who had many jobs. It feels like a macho highschooler who is uncomfortable in the social situation so defaults to macho dood catchphrases to try and break the tension, instead of being genuine. Unfortunately a common issue where the patriarchy holds straight men captive to only say and do macho things. SIGH 😒

Henry I could take or leave to be honest he's not doing a thing, however he does enable the most entertaining parts of Jordan who I think is great entertainment value. Therefore, I'm swaying towards wanting Zak to be evicted.

Agree with all of the comments above about Kerry. Boy howdy has she turned into a whinge whirlpool. My favourite (not favourite) thing she does is scream "oh my god I'm so happy to be in the glamping area I'm not even gonna apologise about it" then seconds later says "oh honey babeaye are you ok in the non glamping area? let me mum and soothe you...". Girl please even your emotions are synthetic!!!
