🇬🇧 BBUK 2025 - starts 28 Sep

Gani calling out the show on Late and Live saying (and I'm paraphrasing here) "the housemates as I knew them in the house weren't shown on TV, it just goes to show it comes down to how things are shown". 😂 😂 😂

And the hack host that is Will Best just stood there holding the microphone up to Gani and just let him continue dragging the show because he didn't know what to say. He only moved on once Gani finally finished talking.

Predictable and boring winner. Lame. I was gunning for Elsa by the end there. Oh well, I'm relieved the season is over. It was a chore to get through.

I agree with this. I think he's sexy at times, but sadly that's all he is.

Coming back to this as I had another thought... I'm sure there's some truth to it to an extent, but I find it a bit hilarious such a comment is coming from someone who was in the house for less than 6 full days. It's a bit redundant when he has literally no idea about the other 42 days.

Okay I decided to watch Late & Live (at x2 speed lol) and omg that was so satisfying - Sam sitting there with a sour face for the entire episode, then eventually moving seats after that super tense segment between him and Zelah. 😂 I was living for the drama. They both looked very unhappy.

Interesting questions asked and discussed in relation to Caroline and Richard. Fascinating perspective saying that Richard wouldn't be in the finale if it wasn't for Caroline, which I agree with. I enjoyed seeing her being a little more relaxed about it and leaning into the whole thing though.

Also, it's probably just me, but I find Tate's awkward laugh so endearing. 🤭 I love it.

I hate late and live but I might have to go watch it for this!
Agreed, Richard would not be there if not for Caroline.
I loved Tate too!

I just watched Late And Live too and went on a little IG stalk, Sam reposted on his stories someone saying how he, Nancy and Caz were bullied live on TV 😂 you reap what you sow baby! Hilarious that Nancy is such a basic coward, she couldn’t bring the same energy to Jenny’s face that she had behind her back, yet Jenny stood on business and kept the beef going. I had to give her props for that.
Also wtf the kiss Caz planted on Uncle Rich was borderline assault! 🤮 The woman is unhinged!
Just in relation to the finale, I hate how rushed it feels and that the actual finalists and even winner, get less interview time than the people evicted in weeks 1 and 2. Makes no sense.
Anyway, overall the season was a bit of a fizzer but thanks for having me! Literally NOBODY I know IRL watched, so it was great to shoot the shit with y’all. ❤️

I was worried Elsa was going to win at one point, thankfully Richard bagged it.

Really surprised how many enjoyed Elsa's Diary Room performances, she was trying too hard.

Ok between BBAU starting and the MeGusta torrents drying up I'm finally caught up.

Thoughts:
  • The last third of the season finally found its footing, once the ITV experiment of throwing in right wing trollbaiters reached its natural conclusion. I'd be surprised if ITV try anything as blatant as that again.
  • The first half of the Wicked / charity / paid promotion episode was tacky as fuck and definitely a low point for the season. But the final 15 minutes of that episode was amazing television.
  • Finale was meh... there's just not much to get out of it when it's so rushed and you only see 7 minutes of house footage which is the usual types of speeches you hear every year. Didn't help that the winner was so obvious.
