BBUK 2016 - Series discussion

Georgina and Jackson are both pathetic.

His declarations of undying love for his missus and her emotional issues. If they last any longer than a week outside the house I will be amazed.

He is a moron and she doesn't know what she wants.

Completely off topic from today's highlights but I just had to say it. I can't take Hughie serious when he argues, mainly because of that shaved eyebrow. :hilarious: YA BLOOOODY BARSTUD!

Does anyone else get severe migraines from watching Chason (Charlie and Jason)? Every. Single. Day.

I finished watching latest episode. Poor Evelyn is blamed for everything. It's hard to know what's happening in Jason and Charlie's arguments because they don't air their dirty laundry and give us the out of house details. I feel like Jason is not having the fun he thought he would have because of this situation, and Charlie is hoping for something that will never be again.

Pre-eviction rant:

Chelsea isn't sitting on the fence when he says "I'm gonna miss you" to both, Georgina and Evelyn at the same time you apprentices for human-dom... if you could tear yourself away from the mirrors and petty arguments occasionally, you'd have noticed that Chelsea is chasing after every single young tail in the house. It started on the first or second day when he made quasi promises to Lateysha which caused her to harbour great hopes for her future career as a whatever she aspires to... I don't think even Chelsea knew, but that's unimportant from his POV.

Charlie is a major PITA. She asks IN PUBLIC that she wants to chat to Andrew (it never occurs to her that he might NOT want to talk to her) - Andy being compliant suggests that she can chat to him now if she likes, she replies 'I don't wanna do it in front of anyone 'cause it's no one elses business...' you just made it everyone else's business you daft cow! So typical: Me, me me, look how I am suffering and look how I am doing my best to do the right thing.

In the room with the rock pillows in privacy the expected talk à la Charlie goes down. Andy has hardly opened his mouth and she interrupts him... and so it goes. Oh, wait a minute, silly me... maybe I don't know the difference between "having a chat" and "being talked to". Gotta work on this subtle distinction I guess. :shy:

Plus I forgot that if Andy managed to get a whole sentence in that would be patronising, right?

She must have so much dirt on Jason or he wouldn't put up with this insufferable hag.

So now Georgina is seeking the council of Charlie... the blind leading the blind. The placenta??? Yuk!!! I don't understand the infatuation for Georgina at all. She had me fooled at the very beginning when she controlled herself and kept quiet and didn't say stupid things and pretended she was fair by not speaking behind people's backs. What happened later on BOTS for example wasn't poor Georgina having been thrown off the deep end, she was unsure what to do because these situation weren't touched upon in finishing school. She is and was a stuck-up rich kid bitch.
Nor do I buy that at ANY stage she had genuine feelings for Jackson, that is just utter rubbish.

I just had an epiphany! Jackson and Charlie should get together! She'd have a knob-head she could bully around and who'd fetch her suitcases, and he'd be rid of the moody diva and have someone who actually enjoys having her body parts touched by his grubby little fingers! :jawdrop:

Finally, I am sorry to say it, but even though Jason might be good-natured, he is either a complete idiot or Charlie is witness to a homicide he committed... why else would he put up with this hysterical nasty peace of work? :woot:

Hughie was being really childish when he "confronted" Andy. As you can tell, Andy was really unhappy and already having a brick held on his back, on top of that was Hughie throwing his meaningless opinions around. The way Hughie said it sounded patronising if anything. Personally it looked like really bad acting. He goes on about how he's being a nice person. I'm pretty sure a nice person (or for me anyway) would have pulled Andy to the side, then confronted him at a later stage. NOT while he's going through major isolation and upset about the argument prior. Even worse, Hughie proceeded to repeat and make a fool out of himself in front of the group and towards Andy.

I think Hughie was disappointed that Andy didn't bite, so he couldn't go into one of his trademark screaming fits, while feeling he is in the right for not starting it. I deeply dislike Hughie.

Hate Charlie too. Delusional bint that has only one idea in her clock ticking mind, and has the time and audience in the to just stew in her own delusional juices. He ain't just leaving, Charlie - he's gone. And if he wasn't before, he is now.

Ryan is a very silly little man.

Lateysha would be fine if she could see some figures showing that people not in her clique are the most popular. She's feeling like she's got the back seat of the bus with the cool kids position and everyone feels her popularity. She'd be nicer if humbler.

Sam may be okay once his clique is gone - hanging with Andy and Jason.

I hope Jayne just slips out quietly in a double eviction. Chelsea Big Bollocks can fuck right off, too. Delusional twat.

Alex mumblemumblemumble.

Ev is going to end up looking the tart. Jackson is okay, except for his 15 yr old emotional maturity. I wanna marry that stuck up bitch wiff all d moneys. Grow up. He's like a young kid feeling too much for the first time and can't control it yet. If he hadn't gone on bout 'love' he could have Jack the Lad style moved on to Evelyn. But now, we have to cringe, while envisioning the smoke rolling from Georgina's ears.

Jason will probably win.

Andy is still my favourite. I hope his two saves have given him the confidence to just sit back and laugh at the rediculous examples of Little Britain he has been subjected to.

I have a nauseous feeling when it comes to Javelyn (Jackson and Evelyn). You can tell he is no where near as loyal as he marks himself. Jackson is digging Evelyn a hole with him, if he continues the way he is. But it's obvious who will be pinned the blame. His missus has left and he's already having lowkey flirting sessions with Evelyn. Then five minutes after, he's literally in the diary room bullshitting about wanting to marry his missus.
FIVE MINUTES AFTER.

I feel I have to come clean. I'm a massive fan of Chelseas. Don't judge me.

He is like a character from an Austin Powers movie except he is for real . The hair, the diamond earrings, the turtlenecks, the fine selection of tracksuits. He was wearing a silk cravat the other night. Add in the creeping onto the young girls. You think he just can't be for real but he is.

I would get some perverse satisfaction if this freak wins BB. Go Chelsea.

Whilst I think Andy was a bit of a bloody taddle tale the other day, he did handle Hughie pretty well. Hughie is a little scary in that you never know when he is going to blow up. I would not be to keen on getting in any sort of argument with him.

I tend to chop and change my favourites fairly regularly throughout a BB season. Currently I'm on the Chelsea, Lauren, Emma bandwagon. lauren is quite a turnaround since Marco. Gods knows what she was thinking there.

I will feel ripped off if Alex wins. Honestly it took me a few minutes to remember his name while I was writing this. Absolutely invisible, just brings nothing to the show. I neither like him or dislike him just don't bloody know anything about him.

Yeah you nailed it. Georgina will be a distant memory to Jackson within the week. If Georgina is smart she should be running the other way anyway.

I'd be hugely disappointed if dull Alex wins. Like you said, he has done nothing to be memorable. He has sat around, mumbled a few words and then he disappears. Magic! Knowing the audience, they are very shallow and tend to pick some of the most boring winners. Being entertaining doesn't mean you have to scream and shout, but at least do something. A lot of characters are adumbrated by strong personalities, it'd be nice to see somebody who doesn't have to yell to be in the limelight all the time. A winner is somebody who has brought something to the house, somebody who is seen as a legendary individual, not somebody who floats under the radar 24/7. I hope that there is an under the radar type show this year, a similar thing to 2006 AU where they pick off the boring ones. Because most likely nobody will nominate Alex because he's such a "nice person".

The latest episode has me craving pancakes. btw was that a genuine fight or towards the end were they poking fun at the fact they were even arguing about pancakes... Really, fighting about pancakes!? They are crazy.

I love andy. He didn't bite and he didn't allow anyone else's opinion change his own.

Bbuk is going to scrape for the smallest footage of Jackson and Evelyn to create something out of nothing. Jackson did it to himself. He let himself be that guy that would get into relationships and therefore gave the bb production team a story to run with. So poor Evelyn is just given the other girl title, which is bs.

Poor Laura too. They are bringing in an ex of hers tomorrow night. They are using the girl in hopes she strips off and grabs ratings. It's too planned.

There is no hope for these two. after watching the footage I'm not sure jacksons family will be supportive of this relationship. I'm just talking from the perspective as a parent of two boys. Whilst I can understand her behaviour, I'd also be wary of it when it came to my children.

I think Evelyn has been given an unfair edit. She is either the other woman, the girl causing rifts in relationships or only seen as a flirt. She deserved better than being a second person to someone's storyline

Hughie in an attempt of reading Andy his rights and accusing him to be a liar is being a little shit and is exacerbating his own frustration when he realises that Andy's argumentation is flawless while his own is nothing but hot air.

Where did this come from all of a sudden? Boredom or wanting to make friends with Charlie in the hope she'll make a good ally? Most likely. He's probably woken up to the fact that he'll have to join a group now if he wants to continue his "once-in-a-lifetime" experience in the BB house and, as is common practice, disassociate himself from those who are too intelligent because they never win.

Jackson is initiating mating rituals with Evelyn (surprise surprise) naming them 'war' lol

Lateysha you suffer from delusions of grandeur if you think your methods will endear you with any one else but your bitches Sam and Alex! YOU are the one who made an argument out of the pancakes and then you run to the DR to complain about Chelsea having argued about pancakes!
You just blew your business opportunity with the Chelsea conglomerate - I hope you know that. Alternatives? How about a career as a lap-dancer in the "Hughie&Ryan Grooves and Swings" bar?

The alien with no tongue who hoards avocados to tune them into certain frequencies is growing on me. Apart from her quirkiness she's not a bad sort. Evelyn, despite her inexperience and exuberance of youth isn't one that vexes me either and Laura, well Laura has always been the star among the girls imho.

To recap:

Laura
Evelyn
Emma == pleasant

Lateysha ugh
Charlie ugh
Jayne ughish - close to catch up with the other two

IF... big IF - they even last a week outside the house it will be purely because of contractual obligations. She had NEVER any feelings for Jackson other than disdain. She had no choice but to settle for Jackson from the beginning.

Andrew was untouchable at that early stage and probably acted too aloof for any girl to feel attracted to him, Jason would have appeared too grown up for the dainty princess, Alex had made it clear from the beginning that he's taken and the others are all gay. So it has to be Jackson. Nobody can convince me it was Jackson's irresistible charm that swept her off her feet. It didn't take long for her to succumb to his clumsy advances like innit.
I am convinced she was fully aware of what was going on and that it was utter calculation on her part. The "gangsta" thought that's cool, I can spin me a nice scenario out of this, a brilliant one actually, the 'street kid' and the upper class damsel who fell tragically in love with the poor, scrawny sod... what a Romeo and Juliet story that will make.
And that, in my opinion was all his undying love for Georgina ever consisted of.

Georgina? Emotional issues, you bet! Highly strung and no foundations she could build new experiences on. It's all about us and them for her.
I am not saying she's a bad person. Just being a bitch doesn't make you a bad person. She's the product of a misguided upbringing like so many, however, she already classifies as an adult and as such she has certain responsibilities, one of which is to become discerning and considerate which she obviously is not interested in. Therefore she must accept the consequences of being seen as a spoiled, prudish PITA with a fickle mind to put it mildly.

How do you manage to put everything I just said into 3 short sentences adsyj? :)

Ezminus are you suggesting the "Great British Public" will brand Evelyn the house wrecker because she (will have) hooked up with the Lothario Jackson?

First Brexit and now this... only in Britain lol!! :D:D:D

I think a lot of that has to do with what they decide and purport on BOTS. All it takes is for two panellists to dislike Evelyn (which has been the case) and the editors feed on that. BOTS leaks into the Daily Show and vice versa.

So... I'm guessing that those that pushed the buttons are now nominated - given that when the task was being explained, they were told that "all rewards come at a price". The fact nominations are normally held by now makes me think that the price was more than just 'loyalty points'.
