Probably just a task room that can be used for various things. With the house stupidly built in the middle of the theme park suspect the tasks will be mostly indoors.

Looks llke a big laundry room, so that's different. I remember the early HM's having to hand wash their clothes in a certain area near the backyard.

Yeah good point. I think the main issue was from 2004 onward they used the glass sliding doors even though there were “airlocks” they aren’t as soundproof regardless. I remember hearing on one of the daily shows the living room echoing into the diary room.
Anyway. Just will be interesting to see how they do this

The build quality was no different in the old house, the only difference being that the public spaces don't have an enclosed ceiling (which the camera sight lines ought to cut around).
I like the size of this house. These spaces always appear bigger on camera than they are in IRL. The OG house would have been claustrophobic for anyone in there with 10+ other people.

Yes it’s a set, so various blemishes are visible, especially in this day and age of HD. I’d argue the original compound had a little more effort put into it. The yard in the new house has blatant seams in the wood paneling. In the old house this paneling would’ve had cladding or a concrete texture applied over it.
And agreed, the cameras always make it appear larger than it actually is. If only they filled in some of the mass voids that are evident.

I’ve seen many a BB house in my day and while there’s always a few blemishes here and there none have looked as haphazard as this one does.
I have done a rough floor plan from what I could of ascertain from Ben's Video Tour from the 2025 BB House and with the number of stairs this year housemate won't need the gyn. So, every blue arrow is the direction that the stairs go.
So, we enter thru the Arched hallway at the bottom and go down the stairs into an open plan Dinning and Kitchen which leads to the Pantry (Which is Massive), there is a lounge to the right up another set of stairs and then the Eviction Lounge to the left (which has yet another set of stairs, do you see a theme here...lol) past the fish tank (which is the little box in the corner) going up from that there in a small seating alcove which I'm calling the Snug (Which I'm stealing from BBUK)
Entering thru another Arched Hallway is the Diary Room on the left and on the right directly across is the Bedroom and Hair and Make Up Area which is one big room (there is an alcove in the bedroom which houses one bed, a couch in the middle of the room for no reason and another seating alcove in the Make-up Area)
Connected on to the bedroom is the Bathroom (which does have a sauna in the far corner, which i forgot to put in) the shower is up on a raised platform and the toilets are behind them on a raised platform as well and we have an actual Laundry this year (no more washing clothes in the sink outside)
The backyard wasn't shown in the video but if anything like BBUK it will be where I have placed it next to the open area of the house.

I’d be curious to see the teased floor plan the social team was using with the post it notes. Seeing the exhibition centre floor plan combined would be cool.
