Yeah I've seen articles about the new contestants doing challenges - it isn't getting held over.

God help me if they do start BB any later than August there will be hell to pay. Hell. To. Pay.
 
I'm really scratching my head right now. I literally have no friggen idea what Channel Nine are planning. I can't see them fitting everything in now unless they shorten one or both of their tent pole stripped reality series left to air in 2015. Neither have been advertised.

Unless they are planning to make BB an 8:30 show.
 
I'm gonna have to say in late August - like the previous 2 years.

Sorry, couldn't catch up with this thread as I just came out from hibernation. Btw, this new system seems kinda slow. Oh, and you can't add gifs huh?
 
Is the launch date usually this vague? What the hell is nine doing?(´･_･`):(
 
i don't think we've had as much trouble in guessing the launch date since nine had it. I wish we could get clarity. None of the 'somethings not quite right' crap. It has also been the longest gap between the latest info and now.
 
I was pestering endemol via email, they only said that we will have an OFFICIAL confirmation 4 weeks prior to the show launching. So not to long away for some news

Not sure @Inigo Montoya but last year the Block started about one month after the voice started.

It's now been a month since the Voice began and not even a promo saying The Block is coming soon
 
I feel like this thread is just going around in circles LOL. Until we get a start date for the Block this conversation is is going nowhere fast.
 
i think that promo frame was taken from last years (cant find the exact one with BB in it, but there would have been a version of it.)
note the same glass tower theme with light streaks
fwiw, the promo image above looks very badly photoshopped, in particular the NEW at the top, it all just looks off.
edit, just realised all the "NEW"s look like that, maybe it is legit...
