POV when it was first introduced. I’d also say AI Arena was pretty unexpected, however its inclusion this season was 100% expected.

I also thought Americas Player was quite innovative… Poorly executed at times but otherwise unexpected given the majority of twists from this era were casting rather than game based.
 
Summer of Mystery also echos BB6 where HG’s played with a secret partner with the goal of making it to the F2 in order to double the prize fund.

Would kind of be fun if instead of a pre-existing relationship they paired HG’s at random and gave them a similar mission.

Twist

So The Mastermind (Ainsley 2.0) has an accomplice that helped unleash Rachel in to the house of the HG’s can figure out who among them is the accomplice they’re evicted immediately. If they can’t the accomplice becomes the 17th HG.
 
I see why they got Rachel back, they wanted to have a messy player after people like last year's messy gameplay. I'm more surprised that she feels more comfortable now leaving Brandon home alone. Last time she played, she had a meltdown after he initially got evicted pre-jury and could have had a chance to hop back on Skype.
 
I think your view on Rachel aside it never works well having one returning HG. The obvious play is to get rid immediately but they usually give them a free pass to the end.

You also know this group are dull by the fact they bothered to rescue Julie rather than left her missing all series.

I can imagine she’s under strict orders not to be the next Paul and honestly based on how relaxed she seemed in the few candid moments I think she could give two shits about actually winning.

As for Julie I was shocked to actually see her in there… Aside from Season 1 where she went in to announce the winner I don’t think we’ve seen her in the house with HG’s.
