Only thing is those numbers for prior seasons are the average number and also consolidated. 1.48 is the overnight reach, the 2012 launch was said to have peaked at over 2.1 million whilst the 2014 launched also peaked at 1.8 million
Considering how much the landscape has changed in 13 years, I those numbers are like reasonably close to what we got last night?
we'll know this time next week once the consolidated figure is released. I have some faith its going to increase to 1.1M. TEN should be pleased with this number. I assume it's the peak until finale though. this first week could very easily average around 800,000 in total in my mind.
And the tentative 6-week run this year, hopefully.
I worry the vibes were a bit fast paced, awkward and small scale last night which might have turned off some curious but unconvinced people. But I only ever watched the very hyped up 9 era, maybe this launch was more nostalgic for the 10 era fans idk
