because in todays social media driven cynical world its nice to have some positivity, to have some hope, to have some soul. to look back at the raging winds and rains of negativity lashing your soul and saying: "get back, get back! jarrod is here to save us from out eternal and internal glooms. rejoice! rejoice! rejoice and join the feast of the seven suns as we celebrate the love of Jarrod and Keira."

That's a good point. I expect he would be a very devoted boyfriend.
 
Devoted as in locked in a dungeon with a pot plant. With or without urine.
Seriously, Jarrod wasn't nice in Sophie's season, he was spoiled and sulky.
And these guys wouldn't be genuinely pleased to see him. Outside of this show he would have been the kind of guy they picked on in their high school years, and a lot of them haven't progressed much beyond that.

I like Michael too, I didn't get the backlash against the guy, he never did anything scummy, he has no convictions, he has a decent brain = ie he never says YOUSE etc, and is attractive & fit.

What I find quite weird, nobody has a nice voice....I rather love a well spoken man, and a deeper voice than anyone ever on this show.
They have boy voices mostly, funnily Jarrod has a better speaking voice than a lot of them.

He was a better choice than Sasha (was that his name?) and Sam Frost treated him like shit on and after the show. I just found the whole #mychael, or whatever it was, weird. Don’t get me started on that fame whore Sam Frost
 
I keep forgetting that there will supposedly be intruders. Yuck at that guy, and why do we need z-grade reality stars from other countries that haven't even aired here (on free to air primetime at least, before someone says it was on at 4am on 9craptwo).

"I want someone to love me, for me" booohooo......and WTF what else are they 'loving' fool, even YOU don't love you/me...or you wouldn't spend your life in cosmetic surgery operating rooms and bitching. Maybe she needs to work on making 'me' loveable.Fun to watch tho
