Going out on a limb here, I think that the lovely young lady may be, how does one put it, a bit of an "empty head". if this bb wasn't family friendly i'd also venture to suggest she may be a tackle rat. Having more tackle below deck than her lovely red dress suggests.

As for the body ? Well perhaps google images will say it better when fed the search words "Thai" and "Ladyboy".
