If an episode has no Immunity Challenge, should I use the IC tips against Reward Challenge instead?

I did think the blue tower would win, should have stuck to instincts

God. That was close! My fever picks might not have been so bad!

I felt like the Champions were being really short with each other in that challenge. Baden receiving the brunt of it. Dramas we haven't really seen?

If he just let go like Daisy told him too, he would have been fine.
 
So if the votes are all for Harry and Janine, and they both play their idols, are the idols still in play in a second vote?
