I just posted this in another thread, you can see it under her hair here, with the older burn(?) mark further down:

I see no hickey there...? All I can see is a burn under her hair, then a freckle, then her birthmark.

She didn't have either mark when she went in. This is her in her video package in the launch show:

The mark under the mole has been there from the first couple of weeks of the show, so presumably the burn.

Yeah I was going to say the mark under her mole has been there since the start. Maybe the above promo photo was photoshopped? I wouldn't be surprised.

She didn't look like she had it on stage or when she entered the house either, was hard to get a clear screenshot though.
