Have you ever seen the X-files episode "Humbug"?

There's a detachable conjoined twin that lives in Angie's vag which comes out at night and latches on to her neck.
 
Yeah it was Sam when they were kissing in the kitchen. I don't know why or how people thought it was Josh?? Where did they pull that crap from?
