Yeah, it seems like they just wanted to get a season done this year, even if it meant really shortening it. The messy handover from channel 7, who wanted to sit on it, this might have meant it had to pause and take it slowly. I do wonder if they are planning a full-length next year.
Just wait and see what Sunday has in store for us first. Regarding tonight, even mum was sick of looking at Holly and Colin kissing and cuddling.

The only good thing about that episode was the beginning of the Wild West party. There was a great vibe when the "stock country music" came on and some of the housemates started dancing. I even thought it was amusing when Holly dragged Colin sitting in his chair out to the dance floor for him to dance with her. I liked seeing Edward leading all the other housemates in a dance with a Wild West take on the Grand Hotel task chant. I also enjoyed Coco and Vinnie dancing together. But then the whole thing sizzled out and it was over so quickly.

This is where vote to save fails because producers can basically evict someone from the daily show and give the other nominees airtime instead. No secret they want the showmances to stay.
Same here. I accidentally stepped on a ladybug last weekend just as I was about to make a wish. I was so devastated I picked him up and brought him home to bury in one of my pot plants. When I opened my hand he was alive! I can't tell you how happy this made me. He must've gone onto shock. I named him Ernie and my wish was that he has a long, happy ladybug life. Lol.

What annoys me is it will set a precedent for contestants in future series that the way to get far and get airtime is to get in a relationship....and we are back to the love island shit show again

I agree, the only interesting part of the whole episode. The live streams are proof there is great content to be shown.. but all we get is this Holly/Colin and Coco/Bruce slop.
