Maybe. I don’t think it would be fair to give them control to evict someone entirely, and we’d all be angry if it’s one of our favourites that whichever fan they choose selects.
 
Is my instagram account still active if I very rarely post? 8 months a random video of a sea turtle from a diving trip. 10 months a cocktail. 4 months a bird I took a nice photo of. 8 Months later one photo from a trip to another country. Shit like that?

I originally thought that because it is a double, the saved one would be HOH, but it makes much more sense for them to give it to the phone caller.

Don’t be shocked if it is Colin or forbid Holly once again…
 
I'd say that whoever is chosen will get to pick the next HoH, and while it seems people are starting to see Colin for who he really is, I sadly see him being chosen because there are still a lot of people out there who think he's great. So we're in for another insufferable week.

But then he has the "Golden Edit" get out of jail free card... The producers will then say, 'That was a fake eviction & Colon gets to go to a special room with lots of advantages'...
 
I think it's a little early for it yet but there will definitely be a pass to the finale handed out at some point. BBUK recently did it and I can tell it's the type of meddling that current AU producers would love.
 
In regards to this twist:

If it is a double eviction and the phone is involved, I believe it will be between the 3 nominees. No way Big Brother would tell everyone to pack early as they’d all get suspicious.

I don’t think the phone involvement is eviction related though. I think it will be Head Housemate related just because there will be 2 evictees and they’d want someone to decide who the HOH would be. If that’s the case, I wonder if the social media link is just there to check whether they are supportive of one housemate or another.
