I love Emily, and I think she'll get to shine a lot more as the house thins out and some of obnoxious ones leave. I could see her winning.

Next weeks shopping task will be Weekend at Abiola's. How long can the HMs fool Australia into thinking she's still alive?

I wonder if she has sleep apnea - she sure snores a lot, and has the excess weight that often goes along with or contributes to sleep apnea - and that that, combined with whatever meds she might be on, is contributing to her daytime sleepiness/endless sleeping.

Correct. But not all reality television.

If voting is free, then yes, we have every reason not to trust it. It was the same when BB was on Seven. When the voting doesn't involve any cost, the result is absolutely susceptible to manipulation.

If the voting involves some sort of payment, legally there are independent auditors that check results.

I am very surprised Ten continued the free voting trope for this revival. Even Seven’s current Australian Idol has bypassed Australia’s premium SMS laws and still found a way to have paid voting to confirm validity. As a result, I think it’s reasonable to be wary about the BB evictions this year.

She probably does, she was wearing a nasal strip earlier, but it's clearly not enough.

Eviction wishlist

• All housemates on the lounge for the eviction annoucement, none of this bs of moving the nominated housemates to another room.
• Don't prolong the annoucement by saving someone first.
• Spend a decent amount of time with the evicted housemate for the interview.
• Return of the "It's time to go..." line.
• A graph where we can see how the voting for entertainment purposes results turned out.

I wish they gave us like 5 votes to save (Like I'm a Celebrity get me Outta Here Australia gave 10 votes recently so they could have just emulated that) that you could allocate to the nominated housemates however you liked like SMS voting of the past. Probably doesn't impact who goes this time though.
