Episode Day 8 Eviction Show - 16/11/2025

Sigh

I must have missed that.
I think its not based on much. Just that pre-launch there was that promo with Mel trying to find the door to a secret room. Since it turned out the promo of Mel hiding was a clue to Jane's "hide in the vent" shit task.

The secret room was a room used on Friday where the nominees wore clown outfits and had a meal together.

So many people are questioning the voting system but the as the show gives away a prize it is considered a "game show" and has to be conducted in a way that is in acceptance of the guidelines and would also be audited by the relevant organisations/authority.
They dont really have any need to manipulate the voting when they can just manipulate the viewers by showing us what they want to show us on the daily shows.

Extremely unlikely scenario re results but…

???: 33.33%
???: 33.33%
???: 33.34% (evicted)

I still wish all three nominees would leave, but I’m hoping for percentages like this because I think the three of them are equally unlikeable.

HUP!

If they show the percentages at all!

This is correct. They are still subject to laws and regulations. Consumer laws alone will prevent them from engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct.

The line "voting is for entertainment purposes only" is more covering themselves from liability with the voting platform e.g. technically glitches or unplanned outages, spam voting, etc.

Evictions will be based on genuine voting data. This should not be in question.

Housemates can easily be forced to sign a waiver saying that the result is predetermined and the NDA would prevent them talking about it.

I don't subscribe to the conspiracy personally, given how speculative housemates have sounded when talking about it being "scripted" on the livestream, but there's definitely legal ways to do it.

I just read an article that Michael was apparently supposed to be an intruder for the 2026 season of MAFS but because of how picky he was the producers couldn’t find anyone for him and said maybe another season so big brother picked him up instead 🤣

Sure, but it doesn't waive them of their obligations to the public who are voting in good faith. Consumer law is pretty black and white, even if you're not paying to vote.

Oh even if she isn’t, I still don’t trust it.

I just said in another thread, I don’t buy that the voting is legit for one second. The current system has made me very wary. Regardless of what happens tonight, I doubt our votes are the final say at all
Like how we never got told what the audience answered for the weekly task

I still like to believe that is only there due to our strict gambling laws and is being read into far too much.

We will see when we have a proper line up for eviction, imo none of the three are worth saving at this stage of the game.
There’s a reason I didn’t bother voting this week. I don’t care if any of them leave

Do we think Mel will appear on the screen in the living room or will we copy BBUK AGAIN and get "Big Brother House, this is Mel" over the speaker? I hope she appears on the screen and we also get a quick catchup with the house and not just the eviction.

Given the pre-season promo for Mel practicing 'It's time to go' I have some hope and expectation this announcement will be via a video link.

I mean if they were going to outright copy BBUK they'd have Mel say "I'm coming to get you" 🤨

It's a vote to save, so it would be the housemate with the lowest percent who gets evicted
