As someone who has a ton of experience using a PA the key is to focus on your actual voice and what you’re saying not what you’re hearing if that makes sense. Hearing the bounce back or any delay used to throw me off so much when I first started doing them.

Oh yes, when I hear myself recorded or played back, it sounds much different than when I'm hearing myself speaking live.

In a somewhat genuine effort to perhaps get to know you better and perhaps be on civil terms..... what experience do you have with PAs?

Totally. Not like they have their own voice piped through their headset (sidetone), but they’re definitely hearing themselves on the housemates mics.

Holly was just talking about the cameras and the "speaker on the floor", because she said the sound causes her to look down and not at the cameras.

If they are air purifiers wouldn't they have vents/grills on the sides? There's no visible way for air to permeate them.

Yeah they are speakers
They haven't mounted any on the roof. in the main space... because there isn't a ceiling ha
 
Where exactly is the fan pit? For the launch we didn't see the HM beyond the eviction doors before they entered the main house and suspect it'll be the same for evictions, even though the gap between them isn't much at all. I assumed that would be where the "fan pit" is but doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm also curious if they've continued to even use it at the live shows since it got ditched during the Launch filming.

Scale may be out very sightly, but fitting the backyard exit & initial entry doors seems to dictate the scale. Also the post-it note reveal on the left (over the old merch shop (?)) has shown the scale of the main house plan is fairly accurate even though it seems a tad wide.

But who knows for sure. :rolleyes:
 
I suspect the house is a bit smaller within the centre than that. Wonder if the three toilets were actually in place beforehand and they've built around that. Would be useful if whoever built it put a case study up on their website.

So far on the daily show at least it's location hasn't felt an issue but believe there has been a bit of outside contact on the live stream, but nothing major. Do wish though in the overhead shots they'd kept the fake eye on the roof.
 
OK, I've had even more of a look and tried to get scale and a match to the post-it note reveal. There does seem to be a slight difference between each one they posted, but these scales are a much closer match and I think I originally moved the map layer up too high.

So here it is. Version 2. The full size is 2160x3840 jpg @ 1.3MB (if the XenForo leaves it intact)

EDIT - nope XenForo reprocesses to 675x1200 max.
