Random observation but I just noticed Rita, Perry and Michelle were all a very similar archetype of Intruder that they put into the house over three consecutive years.

Rita seemed similar to Alice 08. Similar looks and also similar type of passive aggressiveness, although Alice was far more compassionate and likable.
