Hayley was absolutely insufferable! Both during and after this twist.
Ugh these girls were so lucky to wake up to these boys every day.
I cannot wait to rewatch some of the fights this season!!

Just dropping in and rewound a bit as the ep was ending but in comes Theorist with the screencap doing us a solid cheers lol
She’s the star of the season to me. The main character maybe? So much of the narrative surrounded around her. I’m still filthy this wasn’t just a vote to save season because she could have lasted longer. She wouldn’t have won but I found her very captivating.I’m so relieved you say that.Coz I genuinely love her, even when she says “I want to kick her in the head” ahaha

At least she made it as far as she did. Plus, in a way, her leaving at the midway point kind of freed Aleisha from that chain and allowed her to come into her own. The longer Emma had stayed, the less chance Aleisha may have won.
I think it’s more of a damn shame we lost Kate, Bodie and Demet when we did.

I also remember Kate for that whole unintentional ordeal she had emotionally with that first task and the baby dolls (which maybe didnt help with being up for eviction perhaps), Lemonade out of lemons though at least she platformed a kindof awareness PSA for Pre-Eclampsia which iirc is somewhat related to endometriosis and pregnancy or something in that ball park? You hear more about endo these days but back then prolly not.
And TJ, always remember that one liner or whatever she said 'You Think I'm some redneck chick from Dahhwin, you got another thing cominn!'

yeah you’re right, I remember touching on that in my Emma write up in the rewatch thread actually. It did Aleisha well, you could tell early on that Aleisha wasn’t on Emma’s bitchy level but still came across as Emma’s 2IC
Zach brought out more positive parts in her and as well as Billy. But tbh I loved a lot of people in this cast so many people wouldn’t bother me as a winner.
I agree the early evictees in this series are some of the best. Kate and TJ would have made great value but they would never survive vote to save or evict. I hate that Bodie left too early, he was so fun. And so hot.
His nominations with the rocks and calling the 2 points double o bills had me CACKLING. I remember there’s one specific nomination show where he made absolutely no sense and Gretel just had no words.

The Chill out room was an interesting addition, its fun when they have a kindof hidey hole type area for some more private convos.
Also do you think someone was looking at those set of beds in the centre of the bedroom there and When planning for BB08 came around went 'you know what would be wild? ONE GIANT BED' lol.
The Window into the Rewards room just across that could be turned opaque was also a bit of a thing, kindof a bit BB inside the BB house in a way haha.

Although, at least Hayley’s surprise eviction in the middle of that birthday party was satisfying to watch.
That was one thing these producers definitely learned from their mistake in 2005, by keeping both Logans around together longer than they should have. They split up Hayley and Andrew quick smart this year.
I think this house was actually very cleverly designed and decently thought-out, at least in comparison to other years.
