Possible house location?

I wonder if they'll re-introduce crowd dress-up competitions, the crowds were wild during the first few. Then I remember the 9 era seasons they were all seated like mannequins.
I also wonder if we'll get an eviction plank or something similar, and if they'll have a van or buggy escort the housemates out.

That's right behind White Water World isn't it?Possible Big Brother house spotted during "Theme Park, Ogre" YouTube video.
Which would make sense as there is an entry point off Beattie Rd, so don't have to go through the park to get people, trucks etc. to the location.

The video refers to an area next to the Gold Coaster, which was marked A in this map.
Okay, I did a skewed overlay from the plan @matts bb posted above.

The orange tinted area marked "8" is Dreamworld property.
A - Possible new location (by White Water World)
B - Old house location
C - Possible new location (gravel lot)
D - Possible new location (forested area)
E - Old amphitheater lot
B (red) is obviously in the zoned area for the Coomera Town Centre South zoning.
C (light green) is an area marked as "Environmental Open Space or Corridor"
After looking at this closely I'm less inclined to believe the gravel lot is a possibility due to it not being owned by Dreamworld, unless they let the land like they did when 10 and 9 had their house.
The old amphitheater lot (E) (assuming there isn't a planned ride there anymore) and the area behind White Water World (A) seem to be the top candidates, though (A) would be subject to a significant amount of park noise. The wooded area (D) seems unlikely unless they plan on razing an entire wooded area, which I imagine is costly. Though it is strange their land saddles a zoned environmental open space - perhaps they have the option to build a semi-temporary structure in that area if they get permission (C and partly D).
The faint dashed line pattern around the north and east side of Dreamworld is marked as a "future road network."
I don't buy it. Zone "E" next to the carpark is much more viable. They can have the audience area on the carpark side, acting as a buffer zone, then the house which has open land at the rear. It's away from the noise, easier to get audience from the carpark in and out.
Can someone on the GC please go and have a look? With about two months to go some work must be happening. Take a drone. Or a phone with a long selfie stick at least to see over any fences.

The old house wasn’t completely noise-proof either, you can reduce it with dampening walls around the compound.Interesting. My only real question is mitigating park noise from the house. The old spot was isolated. This is bang smack in the middle of it all.

I suppose for security purposes, having it inside the park would be better. Coomera ain't what it used to be
If they utilise the exhibition centre for the stage/audience, where is that in relation to the possible house location?

It’s more the yard and hearing the theme park! The old house wasn’t completely noise-proof either, you can reduce it with dampening walls around the compound.
I don’t think it’s the house tbh. It’s an odd location.

I reckon that’s the house, you can point the yard south east towards Beattie Road to further distance it from the park. It’s more the yard and hearing the theme park!

The location next to White Water World would be more cost-effective to develop on because it has better connectivity to utilities like electricity and plumping. It’s also a much more stable ground to build on and doesn’t require much landscaping outside of rubbish clearing works, and has good connectivity to roads which makes it easier to bring in construction materials and large vehicles.
The lot behind the corroboree would need significant landscaping and is rather difficult to bring trucks and supplies into, and the adjacent lot to the old compound might be a little too far from the park, exhibition centre, production facilities/control room, and possibly the park’s utilities.

Now thinking about it, what you say does make sense. Cost wise it’s effective to build it there. It does look like they are going the original route of a permanent structure which is great news.I reckon that’s the house, you can point the yard south east towards Beattie Road to further distance it from the park.

I do wonder if the previous hangers that are there are being demolished or will remain.
What will be interesting will be if they utilise camera runs less or more.
There’s benefits of both. Lack of camera runs means more space internally, however having hot head cameras that are viable to housemates makes them aware of when they are being filmed and to “play up” for the cameras.
EDIT
Looking at the video the slope of the roof seems to be too low IMO. I don’t know the geography and the depth of behind that fence but looking at google maps, it seems quite close to the park end IMO?

They could try what Germany has done for two years and just cover up these cameras with two-way mirrors.

Or a bit of a close-up:

At least back then, they were still able to hear the cameras moving, which might be one of the reasons why it didn't catch on. I've never liked the looks of these though, so good riddance.
They're on Big Brother. They're aware they're being filmed and already playing up to the cameras. What will be interesting will be if they utilise camera runs less or more.

And if anything the cameras are less obvious than lining the entire house with mirrors.

Not the mention they could hear the camera operators moving in the camera runs and in the case of Chrissy making tasteless comments. As I said when the topic was first brought up, while an interesting experiment the idea that none visible cameras alters HM behaviour is a fallacy. They're on Big Brother. They're aware they're being filmed and already playing up to the cameras.
