Masterchef 2024

I've always wondered how they decide the tasting order? I'd imagine people at the end would be less than happy to serve up food thats either colder or needed to be heated. But I guess it is well known by now that the tasting is just for TV and the judges make their decisions as they roam around and taste their food mid cook/during preperation.

I like desserts well enough if someone else cooks them for me but I can't be bothered to cook them myself...too precise and fiddly.
 
Is the butcher named Josh? I like him a lot, I'm getting vibes from him of Declan from 2023.
Let's hope Harry is alright tonight, and I think David is good enough too not to mess up.
