THE VIRUS 2020 - the good, the bad, and the ugly

What exactly is the appeal of the oppression fantasy in modern society? Does it provide a sense of meaning to a otherwise humdrum existence? Does it provide a moral veneer for those incapable of social responsibility? Or is it merely the cynical tool of political manipulators?
 
Victorian’s dumbest still have Stockholm Syndrome and love Dan. Thankfully the rest of the world are laughing at this state as they rightfully should.

Victorians are being forced into their homes under virtual house arrest for a disease that has killed a miniscule amount of people. With Dan Andrews and his corrupt police causing immeasurable damage with their authoritarian ways. Hardly a fantasy.

A theory.... A resistance to change drives people to want to control what they can. The more it becomes obvious than no matter what change is inevitable the more oppressed change resistors will feel, because they cannot control the situation. Some may try to be rational in thier behavior in expressing thier views, but toxic behaviour seems to esculate.

Nearly 5 million people. More than 100 countries in the world have less people than that. This is not a miniscule amount of people.
