...yes it's great to have something precious that you hold onto isn't it Timmy my friend... even if it means nothing to anyone else in the world... just as long as it means something to you... I have a 'Gastrolith' which is a rock that was swallowed by a large Dinosaur that was used as grit to help them digest food and to break the food down just like Birds do nowadays... when they swallow the rocks they are all jagged etc but with being in their stomachs for quite a while this one became rounded and is about the size of a normal Chocolate Easter Egg and has a sort of waxy coating around it... I love having it... I constantly touch it knowing what it is... it sounds weird but I just love having it lol!... it's SO OLD!... lol!... cheers.

That's cool. I have a nice round pebble from a beach in Goa I paid 10 rupees for from a local when I had taken a particularly good pill. I know that's not quite the same :D

...yes but with owning it and wondering what the story was behind it before you got it is the most fascinating part of it my friend... the possibilities of where it came from originally are boundless... so yes... it is the same in ways I guess?... lol!... cheers.
 
Ever go for a walk with an archaeologist? Fascinating.
I have a friend who is an archeologist/anthropologist specialising in Aboriginal middens etc
He picks up what looks like a rock and shows me how it is shaped by hand into an arrow, and explains these type of artefacts are everywhere
 
...I really cannot watch shows about Hospitals and Ambulances etc... they always bring me down with the sad stories... I especially cannot watch operations either... cheers.

...wow!... what a privilege that was kxk... you lucky lady you!... I remember about 30 years ago that a friend of mine that was a University Professor that spoke about 6-7 languages and taught History asked my dad and I if we were interested in going hiking with him to see Historical Aboriginal Cave Art in 'Little Weeny Creek' in a National Park near where we live in the coming weekend... we jumped at the offer... it was only when we got there that he told us that we have to hike 20 Kilometres into the bush and back again in order to see them lol!... we made it... very few white people had ever seen them... I was so thankful of being able to see it... even with the massive hike lol!... opportunities like that do not come around every day do they?... cheers.

It could also have been:

The almighty dollar always speaks and saying they're leaving is the oldest trick in the book to get said dollars.
 
They don't really get paid though. They get some sort of small amount for their troubles but it's hardly anything and there is no way any of them are doing it for the money.

My point is, they could have been genuinely over it. Not just for the work itself, but the social media attention they would undoubtedly get from it. Not that I have looked them up online, but I can imagine there would be no shortage of dicks out there being homophobic, ageist, racist, fat-shaming etc against the cast. Most of them have probably copped it in some form or other. So it may never have been about money. I could be wrong ofc.

I’ve been lucky enough to be shown part of Mungo by a pretty knowledgeable guy.
