Hmm, based on what?
If we look at Kyles track record, and the track record of other attempts to copy Judge Judy, this looks doomed.

Kyle, is TV poison, everything he has touched on TV = dead
His 'style', ie rude shock jock, does not translate to TV, anywhere
The fact that all they got for this pilot is famewhores

The lack of any legal experience from Kyle will be telling, he has no bullshit radar - so finely tuned by Judge Judy over years dealing with wankers in court
I expect it to be funny, just because Kyle is dumb and he will be in conflict with Anna

Skye's case.......we have no jurisdiction, her botched boobs are from Bali or someplace
Skye should have to pay compo for being a moron and possibly influencing other dimwits
