i am committing myseklf on this thread to save tina aremna and press gang. two outstandingly fine excellent artistic people and shows that should be studied for generations. i wwill dedicate my soul into saving tina arena and prress gang/
 
as we know tina arena is a fine singer, the way she can paint a picture just by using her voice, the emotions she evokes with just a few sylabbles is outstanding anfd i do so hope, hope in mt heartiest of hearts, a heart so fucking hearty that it bleeds my passion, and a soul so sley it twuinkles upon the oon light that i hope that tina arena shall be singing her songs well into the fuiture and bnoobe else tries to ban hterg friom singing because tina singing brings joy amongst the people
 
and press ganbg is a gfone tv show that shuld hve better recognition mo what with lynda and spikes sparking dialogue plus rhe issues they came cross were quite deep moffatt wat a genius or nogt
 
the passion tina arena feels when she is singing is quite spine tingling. you can sense her dedication and her heat

Excellent cast​
Charming series staring Sigrid Thornton. Very laid back atmosphere with some fantastic character actors that you should look up on wikipedia if you want to. Because I won't be typing them out. I should re-watch the show soon. Maybe the library still have the dvd's.

Did you see that farm girl who trained her cow to act like a horse? She rides it and they take jumps and the works, very cute.
Cows seem sort of stoned.

yes, press gang i think is moffat's best work (though he doesn't think so), a far bit better than his inconsistent work on doctor who.
 
The young guy in Press Gang, i always thought reminded me of a young Mick Jagger
Saw a pic of him few years ago, and he looked ancient
 
he's a director now. dexter fletcher. and yes he has certainly aged. julia of course played saffy in ab fab and appears from time to time on other british shows.
 
She was in Jonathan Creek for a bit, and i have seen her in some period dramas
Saffy = great acting on her part
 
She was feisty on Jonathon Creek, more like her old PG role

What could she play on the Crown? Press secretary or something.....could she do Camilla???
 
i'll be interested to see how they handle the tragedy of princess diana. but first there is other things they have to show us:

- charle's close bond with lord mountbatten.

- the 60's documentary on the royal family.

- the british empire continuing to crumble.

- the troubles.

- bloody sunday.

- three day week.

- camilla and charles forbidden love
