I didn't remember specific incidences but I think it makes sense for those who have reached jury stage and are medivaced to still be on the jury in most instances. It's not like they are intentionally walking, they may have no real choice. And the reason for the medical problem isn't likely to be just their fault, production may be implicated sometimes as they will monitor camps and challenges to prevent serious health and safety problems which could give bad publicity to the show.
