...I can just imagine a conversation between Simon Cowell and his personal assistant one morning...

PA:... "Simon... it says here in the Daily Mirror that Shannon Noll is telling everyone that you stopped him 'conquering the world' because you stole his record and made it a hit with someone else"...

Simon:... "who or what is a 'Shannon Noll my dear'?"...

PA:... "he's some Australian singer from many years ago... he says that you ripped off his song 'What about me?' way back then"...

Simon:... "wasn't that originally a song released by 'Moving Pictures' way back in 1982?"...

PA:..." yes!"...

Simon:..."so why was it HIS song for me to 'rip off'?"...

PA:... "I have no idea Simon"...

Simon:... "I'll tell you what... put it on my agenda for some time early next month to allocate about 5 seconds to actually contemplate this and pretend to actually give a shit okay?"...

PA:... "okay Simon... it's scheduled in"...

Simon:... "um... cancel that... that's showbiz!... and... I really don't give a shit... I can spend that 5 seconds on something more important... like making more money"...

PA:... "okay Simon... it's cancelled"...

Simon:..."thankyou... now... who else's career can I destroy?... how about we make more millions..."...


...seriously... Shannon needs to realise that he is just a small spoke in a big showbiz wheel... there's no point in him banging on about it just because Kerry has spoken about Hollywood and roles that she may have missed out on... it sounded like Shannon tried to go one better than Kerry with his story to me... as if Simon Cowell is a bigger name than all the people that Kerry mentioned in Hollywood... did you feel left out Shannon?... you need to move on mate... cheers.

I don't mind boring if it's nice boring. I don't find Tiffany boring in the same way Dean Geyer or that male model were. Or Simone, who is very boring indeed.

...fake eyelashes or no fake eyelashes... she's still a really good looking girl and... sadly is quite boring... as with quite a few of them unfortunately... if she doesn't go first I imagine that it will be either Jackie or Simone for sure... cheers.
 
...actually... going further on what I just wrote in my previous post... I quite like Tiffany so don't get me wrong on that but I think that when they had Maureen McCormick (Marsha Brady) on that year that she set a benchmark on the status level of fame that was expected for American guests for me so far... I thought Tom Arnold was going to be brilliant on the show but he just ended up being a grumpy old whinging fart to me...

...Maureen was a gem in the jungle with the way that she settled in really fast and adapted to her environment... she had great stories to tell and tried every task that was going like a trooper that she is... I guess after her spoiling us like that we have come to expect too much from anyone from the USA bettering her...

...Tiffany is not half as interesting as Maureen was... it's not her fault... I think that she was not expecting it to be what it is and is in a little 'Wonderland' of her own... a sort of 'fish out of water' type of thing... but... she's slowly growing on me but I don't think that she'll be in there long enough for me to completely like her I'm afraid... cheers.
 
Shannon Noll could never have made it in the UK, unless they tied it in with a role on Neighbours or Home & Away (and even then it's doubtful). He's an average singer with a bogan's personality, and isn't half as good as he thinks he is.
 
Simone has come out with a few cracker one lines, she has given me a few laughs, I like her pale skin - I find her far more entertaining than the token American, and if you can't see the weird eyelashes........how can you miss them?They make it very difficult to see her eyes.

And poor Shannon, desperately trying to hide he is bald
 
Maureen, Carson and Freddie - have been the best OS celebs, all of them get it, ie this is a comedy have some fun.
Fred & Carson, we know who they are, current celebs

If they serve up has beens, they need to be recognisable, not we have never heard of you, has beens need to be icons/notorious/infamous - something.
Is it because Americans have no idea they keep chasing em? More funny poms are scared of this show.

I want to see this guy....either, Colin or Justin home reno extraordinaire

Watched their show the other day with the woman who all of the 80s Chinese stuff. Not sure about some of what they did though. Loved the kitchen mainly.
 
I don't care what they do with someone's icky house, I just love them and especially the growing corsages, sometimes he has whole florist dumped on his jacket.
They had a show before that was funnier, taking utter disasters, some famous people in the mix. and doing what Colin/Justin want regardless of the owner.......all the owners deserve total disregard, they found THE MOST HIDEOUS houses in the UK

Watching the Project, an item about how hospitals rate, and how Grattan Institute does not release data to public.

Isn't it common knowledge what are good and bad hospitals????

It is not difficult to find out though, never go near Monash.....and if you don't know why, check how many court cases they have had and have currently .

Re the Jungle - how can we get rid of the boxers? They both suck.
They are competitive, that's all, hardly surprising. Both are quite chill, but boring
 
...well the show has just started and it looks like they're still running with the Mundine and Green 'rivalry' crap... cheers.
 
...now Julia and Chris are emphasising that Mundine and Green are 'making friends'... is that because nobody is swallowing the guff about their 'rivalry'?... lol!... cheers.
