I don't understand why she didn't just replicate the golden ball idea from her audition with some new twist, rather than doing techniques and mixes she hadn't done before, like putting the cream cheese in the parfait or whatever it was, or the butter technique, gross.

But I like the name of her future dessert bar, Golden.
