...George is up first and is doing Broccoli first... (I can't stand the stuff)... at least they're all happy... none of them have to do any cooking lol!... cheers.
 
...hahaha!... George is using Tomato Paste from a tin and excuses it by saying that this is 'cooking at home week' and that all people have these types of things in their pantries lol!... (nice 'get out of Jail' card there George... you didn't have to make it from scratch) lol!... cheers.
 
STARTING HERE.
I see the latter part of the show will be the return of the masterclass. UGH, I had hoped they'd done away with that, it's so drawn out and boring imo (sorry to anyone who enjoys it).

...I have to say that I like it when the show is about the contestants and not the hosts the most... this just panders to their egoes when they all 'ooh and aah!' whenever they use an egg whisk or whatever... and they NEVER tell them if what they've just cooked tastes like crud either... they're so lucky that I'm not a contestant I'll tell you!... lol!... cheers.

...frozen Beetroot juice/icing sugar and what else did Gary say to make the icecream?... it actually looks great I do have to admit... cheers.
 
...it's really strange... I never really liked Matt Preston in previous series before... for some reason I really do like him now... so much more thn the others... I suppose that he's like a wine... an acquired taste or something... or... I'm beginning to mellow in my later years... lol!... cheers.

I have the easiest beetroot salad recipe ever. Take one can of diced beetroot. Using port wine jelly crystals dissolve in a cup of boiling water and add the beetroot liquid. A splash of vinegar. I also added some chopped spring onion tops for colour. Super easy and portable.

I have to confess to a very naughty dream about Matt. You might see chubby, but I see cuddly.
