omg forgot the bagna cauda with crudités and homemade sour dough. Well the crudités are just a polite nod to healthy eating, heaps better with bread in my humble opinion.

My recipe is ancient from the Time Life Italian about 1973. It uses cream. Super easy and sooo good.
...Eliza feels like her team is the 'underdog team' does she?... she has the two other best cooks in her team from the other night so why does she feel that?... cheers.
...these team events are never as exciting as when they're all in the kitchen competing against each other in my opinion... cheers.
...the red team seem to have most of the best cooks on their 'underdog' team from what I can see... so I'm going for the green team mainly because Eloise just said that she wanted to make something 'the hero dish' and we all know just how much I hate that phrase don't we?... cheers.
...aw crap!... I've chosen the green team and have just noticed that 'Benjamin' the Lawyer is on my team... curses!... foiled again lol!... cheers.
