The Bachelorette Australia 2016

I think Jake's Mum is interesting - I think the emphasis on the Matty J and Jake staying in their home states is because of the milestones and events they've had in their lives which bond them to their families: Matty being a first time Uncle and Jake's Mum's ongoing fight with cancer. Georgia is in a similar place really with her Mum, and on that basis, I'm not sure anyone is really in a place to give up their home towns without a lot of compromise.

That said, I'm finding Georgia being a bit precious about meeting the families. She's likely seen this process before and really should just relax into it. The boys deserve her honesty and openness not her being snarky because she's being asked questions that are pretty much stock standard for home visits.

EDIT: Ok, Lee is pretty wonderful. I liked the pause and taking in Georgia being nervous. Hilarious!

Definitely. I hear it's not particularly 'beatable' and I understand the need to be close to her family, but I do wonder the logic in giving up such precious time too. The mother in law of someone I know is going through pancreatic cancer and it's just a bitch, the whole thing.
